God isn't obligated to hear your prayers though, if you have unconfessed sins. So confess your sins first and repent, praise him, then pray.

ALISHA SMILE - I hope you receive this answer...YOU are NEVER a bother to God! Remember - He paid the ULTIMATE price for YOU. And, just as he found only Abraham worthy in his day, He would have paid this price even if YOU were the ONLY ONE who would ask for the gift of redemption. Feeling that you are bothering Him is a trick of Satan to implant confusion in your mind and/or there is something you do not yet trust God to resolve and/or there is something you are struggling to repent of or turnover to Him. All of these are tactics Satan uses to weaken your grasp on and connection with God. Think of it this way, what good parent would not want strong communication with their child??? Even among our earthly parents with their limited knowledge and competing distractions for limited time, they generally want to know what's really going on with their child. God has none of those restraints, knows every nuance of your heart, records every factor of your life, views every thought in your mind - so why not bring it all to Him from the jump? You'll be much safer that way and it is what He wants. The sacrifice of His Son and your acceptance of the gift of salvation makes you worthy. So, come freely and frequently. Hope this long post helps you or someone else.

I was pleasantly surprised that you mentioned it in the video, as it has been a very intimate thing between me and God. I'm glad the Holy Spirit draws us closer to the Father.

I Believe it means The Holy Spirit in us is the one who prays in us without ceasing. It's not done by carnal mind. I once visited someone in hospital after praying for her, another lady started shouting saying SHE'S NOT HUMAN, SHE'S AN ANGEL. SHE CAME LAST NIGHT WITH JESUS AND PRAYED FOR ME AND I WAS COMPLETELY HEALED. I knew nothing about what she was saying. I prayed for her. When I left the hospital I asked the Holy Spirit what was that woman talking about. Was she crazy? The Holy spirit said she was telling the truth. I went with you to pray for her. Your spirit is always working together with me. She saw you indeed. That's the life of a true Christian. I will never leave you nor forsake you. The following day I went back to the hospital and she was completely healed and discharged. I corinthians 2vs9. No eye has seen, nor ear has heard, no mind has imagine what the Lord has in store for those who love him. Only your spirit prays without ceasing which is the real you.

I agree, The Holy Spirit prays in words that cannot be uttered those deep feelings we have those groaning 's within are prayer, also if you have the gift of praying in tongues it is possible to be praying silently in tongues (prayer language) even when you are doing chores or other things even having conversation. Your testimony above is amazing , that woman recognised Christ in you, how amazing she was healed! Please pray for healing for me, I have a neuorological condition. God bless you Sister you have encouraged me so much today with your true story.

@@myrtleesther8855 It's all by grace my sister. I will surely discuss your case with the Lord tonight. I have seen many miracles. With God nothing is impossible. Just to encourage your faith with another testimony. One day I went to see my client and felt pressed to go to the toilet. I fell and broke my leg. I managed to drive home. When I try to get out of the car, my leg was three times more the normal size. The family carried me to the pharmacy for painkillers, only to meet a doctor who said YOUR LEG IS SERIOUSLY BROKEN MAM. PLEASE GO TO THE HOSPITAL NOW. I knew I was broken since I even felt a sound when I fell. I said just give me the painkillers please. Anger arouse in me because I had a serious business meeting confirmed for the following day. I was carried back home. I had to get a solution right there and the Hospital was not an option for me. I remembered every answer is in the bible. I remember Psalm 91 where it says I HAVE ASSIGNED ANGELS TO WATCH OVER YOU, THEY WILL LIFT YOU UP IN THEIR HANDS AND YOU WILL NO STRIKE YOUR FOOT AGAINST A STONE. I said Lord, where were the angels when I feel, it's not my job to guard my legs. You said I will judge the angels. Today I'm surely not happy with them and I chose to fire all of them who are responsible for my feet and I command new angels who knows their job to fix my leg now. I was so angry, well it a bit harsh for them. When I woke up in the morning my mother called me to checkup on me. I was rushing to the shower, I had completely forgotten about the leg and it was completely healed. Not even one trace. To God be the glory. You cannot allow any sickness in your body, you have so much authority than you can ever think. Will be praying for you and your family issues as you know them.

@@nicholas7_7_72 Hi my brother. There's no Christianity without faith. Either we believe and walk on water or we doubt and sink, there's no two ways about it. I normally like to use real experiences to encourage others. I once had a vision and I saw a 62 years old man found by the community with body parts of Children aged around 2-6, some raped. It was really bad. The community was very angry and put him in a circle and ready to kill stone and kill him. Suddenly a man jumped in a circle where the old man was standing and he shouted STOp STOP don't kill him, instead kill me. The old man looked at this man and he didn't know him. Old man asked why do want to die for me It's true I did these horrible things. The man replied I will die for you only because I LOVE YOU. The old man said I deserve to die, this man said I know but I will take your place. The old man asked again who are you? The man said I AM JESUS OF NAZARETH.
Imagine after all these, we still struggle to receive His love for us.
My brother Jesus love you so much that before you knew him he died for all our sicknesses, burdens, lack, setbacks, e.t.c No need to suffer any of those all you need to do is to receive His love and accept the healing without even begging for it. THEN YOU WALK ON WATER INSTANTLY. That simple.
Your biggest challenge is feeling like Jesus is far away from you. You say he loves you but you struggle to receive His love. He's right inside of you and burning with the love for you, why will He not heal you. It's impossible, just receive and see miracles on a daily basis. As your reading this I declare you completely healed in all areas of you life, ( marriage in particular), be restored. this prayer cannot be denied. Stay blessed.

Okay, so the third one @2:18 seems more likely to me than the others. Always praying about all things in your life makes sense. We are commanded to pray over meals, and over others, and for the sin that we see in the world and in our lives as well as to glorify him and lift him up with our works. Thank you! As a person who has finally accepted Christ and our Father within my life recently, I believe he is leading me to these videos and the word of God.

Holy Spirit gave me this same understanding through the scriptures too. I called it being in constant state of communion with Christ. Essentially it’s prayer!
There is always something to be thankful for, always something you could ask for understanding on, always someone that you need to pray for. With that mindset we are always in his presence.
Great message and I love how clearly and plainly you explained it!

This the most beautiful explanation. This is exactly where i am at. I believe in my heart and in my soul that every good thing comes from God. If i'm just going about my day and feeling happy for no reason, i always say "Thank you Jesus"...when i see someone doing something good i say "Thank you Jesus" whenever i think of how far i have come and how blessed i have been i say "Thank you Jesus"... the Lord is on my mind more than any other single thing and no it does not affect or hinder me from doing my Job infact i am more encouraged.
    Thank you Jesus ❤

Even during the times when we are not praying about something specific, or singing songs of praise and worship, or meditating on a certain scripture or consciously acknowledging taking time to acknowledging God presents, may we always have / be experiencing this deep obvious awareness that God is always by my side (indwelling). Having a spirit of dependence that permeates all that we do, say, think and feel, having a deep abiding dependence is to pray always.

  • @Live-Life-Freely
    @Live-Life-Freely 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

Pray without ceasing means, stay conscious, which will keep you in the present. There's a reason why this is so important. Our thoughts, which aren't ours are always trying to entertain us by using one of three strategies.
    1. Reminding us of the past, which doesn't exist.
    2. Focusing our attention on the future, which also doesn't exist.
    3. Entertaining us from the present.
These three strategies are all Satan talking to us and trying to keep us away from the present because the most important thing exists in the present, God.
If you pray without ceasing a.k.a. staying conscious which keeps you in the present, you're with God. God doesn't speak to us, He reveals to us what we need to know. His voice is a voiceless voice. This is also what's meant by "my children will recognize my voice". Satan is always speaking to us just like he did to Jesus when he tempted him with all the Kingdoms of the world.
God doesn't tempt us, Satan does, through thoughts. It makes no sense that God would send down His only begotten son to die for us so God can send us trials and tribulations. It is done, Jesus has defeated Satan. Through Jesus, God gave us a path back to Him. It's easy, quick and it happens in the blinking of an eye.
Forgiveness is the key. God will not forgive you if you're not willing to forgive. And it starts with our parents. This is why it says, "go and forgive and I will forgive you". Also, the 5th commandment is the only that guarantees your long life if you follow it. The only way to honor thy father and mother is to forgive them. Which means you no longer hate/resent them. But you must go and physically forgive them, not ask them for forgiveness but forgive them. If you love someone wouldn't you forgive them, so we must forgive our parents.
Once you go and forgive your parents. God will remove that spirit that has made a home in you and return the real you to you. And only then will you be reborn of the spirit, the spirit of God. It's not about getting dunked in water. It's about being reborn of the spirit. Think about it, your parents raised you exactly how they were raised, with the same fear/anger/resentment their parents raised them. Fear is not learned and it's not natural, it's a spirit ( 2 Timothy 1:7
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind).
No amount of therapy, positive thoughts, good deeds, can remove that spirit that has made a home in us only God can and He'll only do it once you forgive those that traumatized you, your parents. You have no right to resent/hate them, you're playing God by judging/hating/resenting them. They did their best and if they could have done better they would have. They were supposed to be perfect and they weren't. Yes we're supposed to be perfect, (Matthew 5:48
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect). These pastors have lied to us saying, "no one is perfect, we're only human". But they also don't know any better.
We're not supposed to follow any man, pastor, priest, or leader. (Matthew 24:4-And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.) The Kingdom of God is inside of us and God will let us in only after we have forgiven, period. All these "leaders" are always saying they were chosen by God or "called by God". That's exactly how you know they're lying.
God doesn't need an Earthly middle man, He will draw you to Him directly. The Kingdom of God is inside of you (Luke 17:20-21
And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.)
Lastly, we go unconscious with things like sex, drugs, alcohol, movies, music, etc... And no you're not an "addict" you just go unconscious and try to ease the pain of whatever trauma happened to you when you were a kid through these vices. There's an easy way out and it's through forgiveness and then do the following.
First, know that if you could have willed yourself to stop doing it you would have, so no big deal, just know that of yourself you can't do anything. This isn't a license to continue doing it, it's just so you can understand what's happening. God will remove it from you once you get out of the way. Second, stop judging yourself. Third, become conscious while you're engaging in that thing you're doing. This is the most important step because you'll see that you're going unconscious while doing whatever it is you're doing.
    To wrap it up:
    1. Forgive both of your parents, in person. And if they're dead, get to know thyself and you'll see you've become like them but still forgive them.
    2. Stop judging, because this is the only sin and that sin is playing God, you're not God.
    3. Have nothing or no one above God. Don't worship your wife, mother, job, bank account, only God, God is God, and the only one worth worshipping.
    4. You and everyone else has the right to suffer, if you don't want to forgive, then suffer. If others don't want to forgive then they'll suffer. God will not force us to Him and you can't force anyone to you or God.
How do I know any of this? Because it happened to me. I used to be an atheist that hated Christians, everyone, and myself. God forgave me once I forgave my mother and father. God removed that anger that I had in me and now I can see. I pray every day at least twice when I awake and before bed. I sit in silence and observe my thoughts, that's it, I shut up and observe (that's what it means to go into your closet).

I find i can mow the yard clean the house drive down the road etc and pray in the Spirit ie tongues and my natural mind just keeps doing whatever task its doing. Although admittedly when the anointing increases it can get interesting. I love the alway being in the ready. I like to say being ever sensative and mindful of the Spirit.

Praying without ceasing to me, is realizing my thoughts are filtered through the Holy Spirit, and through my day is an attitude of prayer, to be right each moment with Jesus. Bringing every thought into the obedience of Christ…practicing the presence of Christ.

Absolutely right! Praying without ceasing means submitting every thought, word & deed to GOD. HE likes to partner with us in all things. Moreover, we feel safe when we know that the highest power dwelling in us, is in complete control - we only need to simply surrender and yield knowing that there's a supernatural support backing us!

How about we say prayer without ceasing means prayer without ceasing?
I mean, it literally means that when you are going through something, pray without stopping like the church did for Peter.

To pray without ceasing is to pray for all things. Lord bless us this day. Pray for others. Pray in thanks. Pray in gratitude. Pray in love. Pray in respect. Pray for the bird the trees, sky, air, cold and hot. Pray for family, friends, strangers. Pray for the guy that walked by you. Pray for the steps you or someone else takes.

T.B.Joshua says, that the only way to pray without ceasing is to MEDITATE day and on the Word of God. Or to say "Take more of me, give me more of you, oh Lord. More of your faithfulness, kindness, goodness" - this phrase is anointed and paraphrases everything in the Bible. To turn it over and over in your heart. Thinking, speaking, talking, working are being done with other assets - physical or mental assets. Meditation is a thing of the heart, so people can do it at the same time with other day activities. When we fall asleep - the Spirit takes it over.

Also ignore the thought is this a right or wrong way to pray, just pray and let The Holy Spirit guide you in prayer. Ask God to help you to pray, lol. It works.. lol. Love you guys. Pray against the enemies schemes.. whenever you recognize or that you would pray to see the lies of the enemy and to stand firm in the faith and to ask God to strengthen your armor so you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. Also pray that Father would open your ears to hear the wisdom that Father has given to this brother.

Pray without ceasing three times a day.
    V
Dan 6:10 Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.

Pray without seizing is better understood after reading Joshua 1:8 and Psalms 1. It means meditation on the word of God. Since meditation is of the heart, even when asleep, your spirit takes over.

The Orthodox monks say that repeating the Jesus prayer: “ Lord Jesus Christ son of God have mercy on me a sinner “, over and over is like praying without ceasing . While working or doing anything, one can mentally say the Jesus prayer over and over.

Perhaps you could research the possible connection this may have with the continual sacrifice offered in the temple. Perhaps "without ceasing" and "continual" was actually the same thing.

If you have God's compassion, which He'll put into your heart if you ask for it, that is, ask & keep on asking, prayer becomes a labor of love, not an obligatory religious duty that is boring. The apostle Paul said, "the LOVE of Christ constrains us".
