A lovely video due to its original content but as a note to your editor/social media employees, if you upload videos, please name the properly. You want to reach 15,000 supporters? Title your videos correctly (the first video was in no way ‘Romano’). As much as I love Time Team, I cannot help feeling that you have run out of material for this channel or at least ways to frame it. It also seems that your editors did not watch TT when it was originally broadcast and have a very basic understanding of history and archaeology which is very disappointing as it has the affect of the look of complacency around decision making about your published content but also these edits loose the passion of the original programme, simply because they are mid-titled. I don’t want to dissuade progress for the new evolution of Time Team, but I cannot help but feel that some of your efforts may be in vain which is heartbreaking for a channel with so much potential. For context, I’m an editor, 34yo and a real love for history and archaeology. Feel free to reach out, I’ve got some ideas for new video streams which I believe may really appeal to viewers. Much love to you all regardless and the field team, keep up the great work and maybe try and streamline it. 👍
King Harold was a Saxon king, fought and defeated Harald Hardrada (note the different spellings of Harold/Harald please) of Denmark at the battle of Stamford Bridge before fighting William I (the Conqueror) at the battle of Hastings where he was defeated…
@@tanetha6877 Harold was half Anglo-Saxon (on his father's side) and half Danish (on his mother's side.) Either way he doesn't belong in a program ostensibly "Romano-British".
on election eve here in the USA, I need a good Time Team like this to calm me down.
Me too
I'm on day #2 of none stop Time Team. It's the only thing helping me get through my American elections. Thank you Time Team.💙

Make your own program pal, don't critique!😡
Excellent constructive criticism
❤❤❤
ok fine
Is this really a Romano British dig? It's only Saxon by one tiny fragment of pottery.
A real CRACKER of a site!!
It's all old
