Hello! I wanted to share a tip for storing the stamp shammy cleaner. I store mine in one of those small 4x6 photo cases and I just don't close it all the way or latch it. It allows a bit of air in like you suggest and will keep it moist for a couple of days before I have to re-wet it. Thank you for all of your wonderful inspiration. Every time I think about giving up my blog or feel like I'm unsuccessful, you make me excited to be creative and to share what I love to do! I could go on and on...but just know I think you're a truly wonderful person and I appreciate all that you do and the time you take to share your passion with us! Have a Merry Christmas!

That is so sweet for Lila to help you work. I realize Lila is your child but I almost had a grandchild late last year. He was born early and could not live. I can't wait to have a grandchild to help me craft.

Hi Jennifer ~ Thanks so much for continuing to share your Favorite Things with us. Like many people, the MISTI (I have both the sizes that you have) has greatly impacted my ability to go back to the stamping that I love. With permanent nerve and hand damage it became painful for me to stamp for more than a couple of cards. The MISTI is magical and should be covered by our health insurance!! LOL I appreciate the time and effort you put into making these videos for us every year. They are beyond helpful! Happy Thanksgiving! ~HUGS~

I love my Misti and the printed grid. I can now stamp in a straight line if I have to. Love your videos and watch time a new video is released. I have also used the products and organized my products as you have. Thank you so much.

I loved the salt container for the shammy, but of course no one else makes those things. I found a sugar dish with a lid at Homegoods for $5 and it works perfect!!! Thanks for the tip!!

The misti is awesome, I have to admit, when I'm making tags for my kids school (when making treat bags for them) my 6 year old can actually help me with that, and it is cool.

I was really inspired by your "crafty things 2016" series, though many of those things aren't available in my country rn. But I try to get my hands on any alternative I can :D

Hi Jennifer! Love all your videos and your cards are beautiful. I purchased my first set of lawn fawn stamps and cleaned them with target baby wipes and now they have lint, which is effecting my stamping. I’m going to try the lawn fawn shamy, but what Can I do to get the lint off my stamps?

Thanks for the video! As always it contains lots of useful information. I have a couple of questions for you:
    1) How can I tell that a stamp spray/ cleaner is safe for use on clear stamps? Is there a particular ingredient or brand that I should look for? I have heard that Stazon isn't good for some stamps but what would you use instead to remove Stazon ink effectively?
    2) I considered a Memory Misti for scrapbooking but there is now a Precision Press from WRMK. Do you plan to review that product?
    Thanks again.

Do you use the stamp pockets just for organization purposes or do they help increase the life span of the clear stamps? (Like preventing dry rot or anything of the sort?)

Great video! I have a question... Jennifer, I have many stamp sets from Inkadinkado that have permanently adhered to the piece of acrylic they came on. I have tried heating them, freezing them, and just carefully pulling them, but they inevitably rip when I try to remove them. Do you have any tips on what I can do to remove them so I can use them again?

Has anyone used both the misti & the tim holtz platform? I bought the tim holtz one for under $20 at Tuesday Morning but find I have to press really hard. Ive recently started running a brayer across it to save some of the effort. Was wondering if the misti was any easier.

Awesome n so informative.. I have a question how can we be sure that the scrubber pad we have is good for clear stamps.. I didn't know that scrubber pads may hurt our stamps.. I prefered Hero arts scrubber pad but it was out of stock when i went to buy.. Please do help me.. Thank you

    • @scrappydean
      @scrappydean 7 ปีที่แล้ว

Swapna B Patil The scrubber pad is not bad for your stamps - but some of the cleaning solutions might be. You should read the label on the stamp cleaner if you aren't sure.

Hi Jennifer, I love all your creations and I would like to ask you an advice. One of my clear stamps set
is turning into burn-yellow as if it stayed too much at the sun or something like that (please forgive my English, I'm from France). However I always clean my stamps after using them and I don't live in a tropical city :) but close to Paris where the sun is scarce. Do you have any advice ? I was wondering if it come from the baby wipes or something else... I thank you. Christelle

massacrilegemoi I think even indoor light can cause that on photopolymer stamps. It just happens with time. They still stamp just as well though.

I love my mini Misti. When I started watching TH-cam videos a few months ago on card making and I came across one of your videos using the mini Misti. I was instantly hooked and ordered one right away. With my disability and limited use of my hands, I can use my right hand more, I wanted to be able to make cards and the Misti allows me to do that. Thank you for your tips of stamp care. I have learned a lot from you and other card making TH-camrs.

Miriam Zella you could use a stamp-a-ma-jig for stamps on wooden blocks.
