    Great tutorial, as alaways. My son and grandson will like matching ones! Perfect for a girl also. I have a Buffalo tooth I couldn't figure what to do with..... This would be perfect for that.

    Thanks Manie for the great tutorial. I get a hold of a lot of longated crystals without holes and this is a perfect way to wrap those. When I do a video on wire wrapping my amethyst crystal would it be ok if I put your page link in my description as a place to learn easy wire wrap methods? Thanks again. ( New Sub)

      Hello Mr Craftivist. You are more than welcome to include a link in your description. I appreciate creators supporting each other and sharing where they learned a particular technique.

    Hi Manie thanks for tut, wouldn't it be a better idea to actually use the hole for more stability? Crystals can so easily slip out of bindings over time

    • @ManieMartinez
      @ManieMartinez  6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Hi Louise, You are welcome to use the hole in the stone if your stone has one. I was trying to show a very secure way to wrap a crystal that can be used with either type stone (hole or no hole) The struggle for most people is when it doesn't have a hole. Big huggies Manie

    I wanna make this for my son. Interestingly how you had to redo it is how I would have done it.

      Sometimes the wire just wants to do what it wants to do. lol I hope your son loves it.

    Where do you recommend buying crystals from

    • @ManieMartinez
      @ManieMartinez  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I live in Canada so my choices are limited if I don't want to pay boarder taxes. I get most of them from Potomac Bead Company and Eureka Crystal Beads and occasionally from Beadshop.com or Fusion Beads.

    What kind of chain is the metal one?

    • @ManieMartinez
      @ManieMartinez  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      That Chain is a basic chain you would purchase at Michaels. I just found some heavier gage and grabbed it knowing it would be great for my stash. Sorry I can't be more help

    Excellent narration. Too much hand movement and poor focus. Your explanations and ideas are simply brilliant.
