Hi Don, I just want to give a special thanks to you! I just landed my first VP of Sales job today with a large multinational SaaS company. Tip #5 about challenging and having meaningful conversations with various stakeholders of the company is one of the main reasons why I landed the gig.
This video helped me with my interview with the CEO and when I didn’t use driven and some other words you mentioned he stated I am looking for a person that is driven, committed, etc. I asked for the job like you mention in another video and he said it’s not up to me but I will put in a good word for you. I sent my thank you note and I got the job! Thank you for posting your video!
A big thank you to you Don Georgevich. Your advices were golden and helped prepare me for the interviews in the most thorough way possible. I got hired because I listened to his advices. Thank you so much Don !
Hi Don, I want to say thank you for this video. Actually I watched this video accidentally after watching your other videos. I was in an interview series, from the HR, to the User and apparently I made it through and got a chance to be interviewed by the CEO and the rest of the team. Thanks God, I nailed those sessions and I really implemented the things you shared in this video. Again, thanks for this useful and meaningful content, and wishing you all the best, keep safe and keep healthy. Regards :)
A very important one -- CEOs, executives, and management are people, just like you and me. No reason to be scared or intimidated by them. I was a low-level guy at a vendor and we made a presentation to a team at Cisco. I thought it was just a bunch of tech managers in the room. Later, when they took us out to dinner, we all talked like any other group of people getting to know each other. Turns out one of them was John Chambers, CEO of Cisco, and the richest man in the world at the time. Once I am comfortable with any new position, I always reached out to the executive team and introduce myself, and if they are up for it, try to get to know them as people.
Thanks so much for this video! It really gave me useful tips to prepare my interview with the CEO of the company. Nailed it, they called me back for a couple more interviews (other videos of yours were helpful to nail these ones as well), and I finally got the job! The way you explain things is clear and very reassuring too, it really helped me with keeping motivation and confidence during the process. I also watched other channels that were very helpful as well, but specially your way of explaining things really stuck with me.
Don, its a couple of months now i was searching for some stuff, some really worthy & useful one. And I am not afraid to say your creation is the best one so far. Its so crisp, specific, actionable, clear & absolutely perfect! I hats off to you doing so good to others' life and being so helpful, God bless you! Sometimes later, I am going to face any CEO and i will practice these 8 pathways to land to the destiny.
Hi Don, I just want to thank you for all your help these last few weeks. I had a panel interview today where I had to give a presentation. Your videos have been brilliant. I honestly feel totally satisfied with my performance whatever the outcome. Keep up the great work.
Thank you very much for your advices Yesterday I received a job offer i was dreaming of and it is a high pay one and I don’t have no experience So I’m thankful for you 🙏🏼❤️
How does this video have less than a million views?! Your video is engaging, insightful, and your rhetoric is interesting and relatable. I’m going to use this during my evaluations, too. I’ll let you know if I get the raise 😂
Hi Don. Thanks for putting out the video content. this is so beautifully said about the position and how to win human interaction relationship. Love it.
Thank you vHi Don, thank you very much for this excellent video. I would like to add that the "cultural fit" is a two sided aspect. The candidate also checks the company, if it doesn't feel right on the c-level/senior management level then this appears to me to be a red flag. And for me culture plays a big role: How do they treat each other incl. former employees, but also manners. Thank you, 🤩
These videos are so helpful! One suggestion: it would be helpful if you put the link to the workbook in your comments above so that it is 'clickable'. Watched several of your videos they are all great! Wish me luck!!!
Why don't you put in on how to videos to hire: Accountants, computer programmers, receptionists, Dog wardens, lawn mower mechanic, short order cooks, Roman Soldiers, letter carriers, orthopedic surgeons, waste management consultants, Subway sandwich assemblers, oil change mechanics, advertising executives.

@Don Georgevich I have an interview for a director position with an Org that I worked before in a lower position. So kind of get back to the family situation. Majority of the panel know most about me. What should I consider for the interview?
Hi Don. Very helpful. You said that its not about the experience. Well, I am a teacher and received a video interview to teach a curriculum that I have not taught before though I have the knowledge for most of it and I have the skills that are required, and I'm so passionate about my work. How would I ace the interview and convince them that though I don't have the needed experience but I can do it? If you could elaborate on this idea please. Thanks much!!
