incontournable talent !!!!!!!!!!!😍🤩😘
Didn’t know this was goin’ on when I was nine! Incredible.
AWESOME ♥️♥️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was listening to Steve Harvey's morning show, which I love and I respect his opinion and his radio show is just a Classic. He made a comment about Beyonce, who I feel is Amazing and yet when Steve said: "Beyonce is The Best Female To Ever Do It!!!" I was a little floored and then he also said and claimed he seen them all (Women performers) and Beyonce is The Best and No One Works as Hard As Her On Stage!!!! I don't know if Steve ever seen Tina but Tina literally wipes up the entire stage every performance I have seen her (Thanks TH-cam). Beyonce deserve all her accolades, yet if there was never a Tina, all that Beyonce does wouldn't make too much sense. There are other Amazing female performers a bit of Beyonce's Sr. (Janet, Madonna, and Cher to name a few) that put on a great show. Beyonce has always been the 1st one to give props to her Elder Stateswomen in the business, like Tina and Janet for inspiring her.
I agree with what you are saying hear, one thing i notice with Steve he goes whatever way the wind blows, because if he saw every female performer he would know Tina and Janet trail the way and are PERFORMERS
Well said 👏🏽and to piggyback off the comment Tina and the Ikettes didn't have a choreographer teach them how to move on stage..they fed off each other learning the steps/ making up their own makes it more amazing to watch 👏🏽
Beyonce mom wanted her to be the NEXT TINA TURNER
Ike had the band SMOKING 🥁🎺🎺🎷
I love ike and tina Turner
I don't wanna speak ignorance but, through all her abusive and hardships, Tina learned a lot! And with all that internal knowledge, she took it with her to become the ultimate! The true royal one!! Tina Turner is and will forever be; The Queen of Rock-n-Roll!!!
Wow! Look at that!!! Big fan of Tina, always have been
Extreme talent.
The country was that came out when she said: oh I don’t have any plans. My plans are Ike’s plans. 😂😂😂 forever a country girl❤
You can tell Tina Really loved Ike
Choosing to focus on the interview: the look on Ike’s face when Tina said, “I’m really a drag.” 😅
frrr, had me dead 😂😂
Look at Ike
Ike got him and Tina in the hall of fame, and they had several #1 hits, when tina split she only had 1 # song. What's love got to do with it. It was her dancing that amazed people, not her singing.
@@louisesirls9352 Ike and Tina never had a number 1 hit together. The highest they charted was #4 with “Proud Mary” in 1971.
@@TheBolicSound fool in love was the # 1 hit and Ike changed ANNA TO Tina Turner
Ike couldn’t stand the charism that drew people to Tina. He had talent, but he had zero charism to draw people to him. That charism was power he didn’t have, and was what help her after she left him. And he hated her for that.
@@paisleyprincess7996 That's not true at all. You're just talking sideways. Ike made Tina a star. She had no charisma, no charm, no star power when they first met. He trained her hard to be the star that she was
People on here hate Tina for the same reason Ike hated her. She had charism, sex appeal, and presence of mind to know who she was and where she wanted to be. And when she left Ike, she didn’t look back. To many of folks that’s a threatening kind of powerZ
If Ike hated her he wouldn't have taken her and her son to stay at his home when she was living in a garage. He wouldn't have invested everything in her and made her the lead singer of his band if he didn't think she had a special prowess. Tina herself didn't even think she had sex appeal because she was flat chested and shaped like a ruler, all legs. She did have stage presence and was thoroughly entertaining to watch fly across the stage. When she left Ike she tried to make a deal with her lawyer to continue performing with him, however, she still wanted the divorce. She had her doubts, but Ike wouldn't compromise so she had no choice but to move on. I don't think she ever got over him or closure from that relationship.
@@bluesugar58 He took her because she had a voice. She had presence. She had sex appeal. That combination is a moneymaker. He didn’t do any of that from the goodness of his heart. He invested in her because he was going to reap the dividends from said investment. He isn’t a savior or some hero.
He didn’t hate HER. He hated that she had what he didn’t have. Even with talent Ike was never going to draw the public to him the way Tina did. She engaged with the public, and was likable. Ike for whatever hang up didn’t have the charisma she had
@@paisleyprincess7996 Ike always had a lead singer and didn't like being in the spotlight. Some people think Tina had sex appeal and other including her self don't. Ike was the mastermind behind her stage persona down to creating her stage name. She eventually added some creative input but she was the main attraction by design. Tina said Ike was charismatic, he must've been to have so many women fall in love with him and marry him. He also had his own talents being a musician, bandleader, organizer, promoter, producer and businessman. He invested in Tina because he saw her potential. She also so her path out of St. Louis through him. They benefited from each other.
*charisma
She represents the woman who couldn't be humbled. A lot of men and unfortunately women are very threatened by that.
Tins, had a kid Craig by the Saxophone player in Ikes band and then got with Ike, she was not so innocent, the movie lied a lot Ie made Tina, she lied saying he raped her in The movie. Tina was a street girl.
Lol TINA said the movie was inaccurate. And her books never hid that information. Tina wasn’t no punk either.
So I suppose you're in her body or was with them to accuse a black woman born in the 1930's from lying about suffering domestic abuse. You're dishonest
Tina told us that herself in her first book and in many documentaries so you really not telling us nothing smdh. Also she never said he raped her and that she wished the movie told the truth.
He still abused her so stop.
Tina and Ike both agreed that the movie wasn’t accurate
Now firget- Tina Turner also supposedly said-ike turner was the ugliest man she ever saw!! Lolololmao!!!
Supposedly, they were not attracted to each other. Ike saw Tina as a meal ticket.
@@true1evanique And you don't think Tina saw Ike as her ticket out of St. Louis? Tina would probably be a retired nurse if she hadn't met Ike. She was struggling to make ends meet as a single mother before Ike provided her with stable income. He took her in when she was living in a garage in the dangerous part of town.
Well truth be told Tina ain't too hot once that make up is off......so maybe they were a match😁😁
@@true1evanique And she made Ike a lot of money, money that HE kept. So who exactly was the meal ticket?
@@paisleyprincess7996 you better say that again man he took all of her money
I think the Ike and Tina revue and Ikettes were the best line up. The latter Tina band are horrible. It's because they are mostly white and don't have same soul in their playing. Just saying what I think. I'm a musician myself.
Tina used Ike Turner
bye troll
🤔🤷
Smh
he was a genius, so she was smart.
They used each other. That’s how relationships, specifically in showbusiness, works.
