The electrolyte drink mixes are so helpful! I work outside at a school & was drinking 3-4 of the 17oz water bottles a day but still had dry lips & hands. Straight water wasn't cutting it. I decided to try the electrolyte water booster & it helped immensely! I mix it in to at least one bottle of water each day & I'm not feeling like I'm on the verge of dehydration anymore.
