Yeah "CAN'T" is pronounced with "a stop T" or like I've always said, "with a little or slight pause when pronouncing the "t" and I'd also say, with a slight stress. That little or slight pause makes the difference between the affirmative and negative form when natives speak fast.

What about using "cannot"?
You can say it, it's correct BUT natives hardly use it.
