K6 S and rpha 71 reviews please! Would be great steps up from the k3 here I think Cheers! Edit: I found the 71 review, I had started on the ECE 06 playlist and I do not see the 71 there. Perhaps I looked over it. Anyway a K6 S Review would be fantastic, I'm also interested in the Ruroc Atlas 4.0 *Track* which seems to be a huge step forward for them and is making me tempted to finally try Ruroc... ECE 06 and some great appearance + features all in one package now.
I’m looking for visor and having hard time to find. All of the visors are for K3SV. My helmet is exactly the same one on the video. Is there a way to look for the visor? Something like a serial code or any kind of suggestion will be great. Thanks in advance:)
I bought an XS K3 last year and having owned previous versions this one feels as though it fits differently. I had to buy thicker cheek pads to stop it moving around and now I feel as thought it’s too tight as my jaw starts to hurt after a bit and the padding hasnt gave any. Has it changed or is it just me? Actually thinking about getting another new helmet now.
i just bought this helmet and realize it does not have any regulation ECE22.06 homologation standards sticker I'm so scared to drive it because i don't know it that make it illegal can someone help me please 🙏🏻
Take a look in the chinstrap area for a label stitched to that, or the cover that stops it chafing in your neck. It'll have a letter 'E' followed by a number inside a circle, and then a code underneath. This code should begin with '06'. Cheers, Tony
The original K3-SV has been discontinued. There are still supplies of the K3-SV S (upgraded visor and a spoiler at the rear), but that model is also on the way out. Cheers, Tony
Other than the obvious factor that the fit will suit different head shapes, I couldn't say about any differences. Thanks for getting in touch. Cheers, Tony
@@sportsbikeshop I just bought via online the K3 2206 version, mine covers large size (23 cm/59-60, 7-3/8, matte black) in asian fit as advertise by the dealer here in the Philippine market. It comes with a spoiler, Double d-ring lock system. Fit just right not too small/big. The cheek pad is too soft maybe it will lose at once breaking in by daily use & the downside which I don't find good is the chin cover. Overall I would rate it 4 stars.
It depends what you mean by better comms integration. If you mean one that has a dedicated intercom that can be integrated then take a look at an HJC i71. If you mean one that leaves room for a universal intercom then there's not much around in this price bracket that has good ventilation and leaves room for an intercom. Cheers, Tony
Even in the United States, where D-rings are favoured, the K3 comes with a micrometric buckle. Is it definitely a K3, and definitely an authentic helmet from a reputable retailer? Does it have the AGV hologram on the strap cover? Cheers, Tony
@@sportsbikeshop yeah I'm sure this a K3 and I bought it at a reputable retailer here in the Philippines. It is actually the top retailer here who distributes other brand like Shoei and Dainese. Mine is the K3 Wing. Is it maybe a little upgrade tweak for the asian market?
Often the specification will change depending on the area. As you're confident it's a genuine AGV then I'd say there's nothing to worry about - and a lot of riders here in the UK would consider D-rings to be an upgrade. I hope you enjoy the helmet. Cheers, Tony
What other helmets would you recommend instead of the K3? I’m looking for a white helmet with similar features to the K3. I would preferably want higher airflow with adjustable vents and comm system compatibility. I’m working with a budget of $300. Any help would be much appreciated.
The best helmet I can think of that hits all those marks is the HJC i71. It's on budget, has good ventilation and is compatible with HJC's new 50B or 21B intercoms. Most helmets in this budget now seem to be a bit lacking on the ventilation front, but the i71 seems to buck that. I hope that helps. Cheers, Tony
AGV don't list the internal shape, but my head is what's known as round (similar measurements for width and length) and I found this helmet suited to my head shape. Cheers, Tony

Cool, glad you found it. The K6 S review is on the slate and will hopefully be not too far away. Cheers, Tony

Cheers Tony. It helped!

can we still get the older k3sv model or is it discontinued?

Are there any difference with the Asian Fit K3 ECE2206?
Other than the obvious factor that the fit will suit different head shapes, I couldn't say about any differences. Thanks for getting in touch. Cheers, Tony

What helmet would you recommend that is very similar but offers better airflow and better comms integration?

anyone know why my agv K3 came with a spoiler and double D rings?\

@@sportsbikeshop yes I'm absolutely enjoying my helmet. I was just wondering why mine was different in the video. thanks
Sorry, but I thought you look like Gigi Dalligna 🙏🤣
If I put some effort into growing my eyebrows then I could maybe pursue a new career as a lookalike 😉 Cheers, Tony
i bought it year ago when i read inside and it says its made in CHINA i dont think its a good helmet or it is?
AGV have had helmets manufactured in China for a good while now and plenty of good helmets are made there. Cheers, Tony
