One comment: The place where I work doesn't have any nice serving ware, but I do have those "hotel pans" you're using. Is that okay to put on the buffet table for 30 guests? (Today is Sept. 5, the dinner is on the 11th......I do hope you could answer me.) I learned a lot from this video.....I'm gonna tackle this on my own....need prayers. Thank you so much! (What about a quick, no fuss dessert?)
I have to feed a housing unit with 15 kids and 5 big staff--all with super huge appetites for good home cooked meals. And let's not forget they want seconds. Any more recipes for a housing unit of 20? It would be cool if you could do a budget video as well.
