George showed me (thank you!) the new Supermarine when I was in the flagship store this week - it is SO MUCH better in person than in the pictures or social media. I own a grey S302 and a white S300 Vigo which I love, but I will definitely get the new Supermarine (and maybe the Terra Nova - I'm intrigued but haven't seen it yet in person) as soon as OSJ gets them into the system...
Finally. Love the positive view. Keen to check out the bracelet after hearing your comments. Also Super glad to hear they are keeping inhouse. I hope they keep tryptic case in some models too.
Firstly, I'll say that I love my older S300, and I really like Bremont. Overall, I'm not a fan of these changes. I don't care for the new logo, and I don't care for the Terra Nova. The new Supermarine looks like I might think it's okay... I'll have to see it in person. That being said, I'm not super keen on that 3950 price tag. I could almost see myself buying one in blue or green if it was around the 3k range. I think they should still offer in-house movements built in Britain. Bremont always felt like their identity was distinctly British, and I wish they would continue to lean into that by manufacturing everything there in the Wing. Again, I openly admit that I have not handled these watches yet, and I'm 100% open to changing my mind.
I can understand people being upset at the brand overhaul, but personally I'd still like to see the new watches in person before giving a final opinion. They do look very well made, and like mentioned here they'll still have select watch lines using the trip-tick case and hardening. In particular, updated bracelets and more well-executed smaller sizes is welcomed. Can't wait to see these in person and will keep looking out for thorough reviews.
Not keen with new logo or Terra Nova styling. But they are still quality watches . I own S301 Supermarine and I love it . I hope they do well but I fear the future. They need to do what CW have done successfully . I hope their loyal followers will give them a chance. But it’s difficult to accept the new logo . Had they kept it I think their press reputation would have been better also.. The use and continuation of quality materials with reducing starting price points I am sure will help. I am told by people whom have seen the New Terra Nova and Supermarine S series they actually look better in the flesh than on their advertising blurb . I am visiting their London Boutique in December, so I will get to see them then
A true Bremont fan-boy would recognise that Davide has sucked all the life and creativity out of this company. This is less a fan-boy review and more a salesman review. When these new watches fail to make it off your shelves, I hope you'll post a more honest review.
It’s a shame because just a couple of months ago or last year they released a GMT which I thought was really good and I was considering buying. many people have made the point. They are now in a very crowded marketplace when it comes to money so nobody is going to pay more than 3000 English pounds for that type of watch with that movement, that’s what people will be expecting for that money. That before you talk about the design which is very questionable why did they take away the old propeller and the old fonts which was very good. I don’t understand why they would change thosethings.
These new watches are an absolute disaster, which is great shame because you would not have to do much to make them good. they are wildly overpriced for what they are and the design is really poor, it’s like an attempt to make a upmarket version of Hamilton, that could actually work but not with those prices.
Have you got Hamilton ? The glass crystal is very shiny and reflective and difficult to see and screw winder is not that smooth. There’s been many overrated reviews for Hamilton watches, but you get what you pay for. When it comes down to it . Bremont watches use overall far better quality materials and finished to better standard hence the price.. I agree with the Terra Nova watch design, but I have not actually seen them in the flesh and some people whom have my views on design have changed them when actually seen them in the flesh.

As long as my custom MBiii comes with the propeller then I’m fine with the rebrand.

“Blah, blah, blah.” Well said George.🍻

Great vid. But what leather bracelets are you guys wearing?
I think Davide has his work cut out but I like what they are doing and look forward to seeing more new models.
I look forward to seeing them

Great Breitling bracelet

904L Steel is Used By alot of Watch Brands ;-)
*Many words, and very little substance.*
I'm not impressed the watches are boring compared to the jaguar c types etc
Ball use 904L!
No Triptic case, no purchase. Simple as that.
Fluff. At the price point, so much choice in the market. Why would you?

The rebrand is simply bad.
