I'm still here. I have transitioned more into a listing agent, I leverage youtube for my listing clients for exposure. I still am VERY active with buyers. This year was more challenging in the market, ill finish between $30m - $40m in closings. Hope this answers.

Here is a thought that I share with many agents...... with the fees you pay to your brokerage and the representation and promotion you give to them, let your broker know the needs you are looking for, the training needs -- so that you don't have to move on to outside coaches. Ask your brokerage/office/team for the type of training YOU need for your business. If you cannot find that within the parameters of your alignment.... then you have to questions the value or find elsewhere and align.
Thank you Solomon! You’re exactly right! However I think you still evaded the question, and that is, is this only for exp realtors for your training not Mikes, I know he only deal with exp agent only (unfortunately thanks for feedback and sharing your wonderful journey !😊
@@LisaShaw-tk1ol I won't speak for Mike, but I know that he partners with many agents from other brokerages and coaches them. As for me, I don't have a training program, I am an individual agent that works with those that partner with me. This goes for those in eXp or not. If there is an agent in eXp that is not in aligned or partnered with me, then I am challenged to work with them personally. If there is an agent not in eXp, who I would obviously not be partnered with , than certainly challenged to work with them. So in that case I try to put out content so that those not personally aligned can benefit - I love to help and inspire and see people win......, but if you or anyone is asking me to coach them and mentor them personally as I do those that have put their trust and business alignment with me...., that isn't possible for me at the moment. Hope that is clear! =)
Mike is with exp but what he teaches is for anyone. I'm not with exp and receive coaching from him. He provides a ton of value regardless of Brokerage affiliation.
