In Jane‘s defense, it’s clear that he is under a great deal of stress as well, and I think that’s a large part of the reason he is so prickly with the interns. His demeanor does make it difficult for Ryan to ask questions because he’s afraid of being yelled at, and he certainly could’ve been more helpful from the start. But he still doesn’t know that Ryan is there more or less by mistake and is assuming that Ryan is more experienced than he actually is. At least Ryan is experiencing some small successes, and I have the feeling he will end up being much more valuable to the company (and to Jane) as the series goes on.

Toda la razón en lo que dices , no juzgo a Jane por la forma en que trata a los pasantes y más a Ryan, en verdad el está bajo presión y estrés por todo lo que debe hacer , este trabajo es un poco difícil más por qué se esta trabajando con clientes que son exigentes con lo que desean
