How does this RPM set works? If I set the RPM at 5k does it mean RPM will not exceed 5k? Is it RPM limiter something like that? I went for 300km ride and RPM was set to 5k. It looks like RPM could not go more than that. I switched to RPM 8k...It accelerates better and faster. Is that how this RPM set function?
Thanks for the question, no this is just for the shift light only. It will not limit the rpms, so if you set it to 5k, then the shift light will illuminate at 5k. Hope this helps you out
I'll make a new video tonight for you about this, I really break it down for you. But think like sub is how many RPMs of a warning you want before your shift point. If you set sub to 500 then at 1000 rpm before your main setting you'll get a green light, yellow would be at 500 rpm before. I'll post link to new video tonight for you.

The point of the shift light, is so you don't have to look down to know when optimum time to shift.

When it’s on 5k main and 1k sub, the lights are flashing constantly. I’m glad I’m out of the break in and have it set at 10k. FJB 🖕
