I love how these deconstructions highlight parts of songs i've never even heard before. Actually feel like i'm hearing the track for the first time again. Also like how you kept with the Mario Kart DS themeing with the background and borders
The backing melodies and harmonies and the lead melodies on their own make this song sound like something from early Animal Crossing games or Earthbound.
Is it just me or does the main melody portion have a similar feel to the one heard in Airship Fortress? I now even realize that DS Mario Circuit also has that similar main melody…!
Finally! I suppose seven channels makes sense for how little is going on in this, though. This theme is rather simplistic compared to some of the other tracks in this game, but it still lays a good foundation for what to expect from Tick-Tock Clock!
Not many channels here, huh? Here’s what I can discern; what’d I miss? 1: Synth 2: Electric Bass 3: Kick, Snare, & Toms 4/5: ????? 6: More Synth 7: Click

I like how Luigi is just chilling in the background.

yep
I was gonna say it sounded like Pikmin.
I love how you basically used the item frame to display the different synths etc.
Wait, you’re right! All pixelated and everything, but stretched to fit the waves. Clever stuff.
They knew how to use the percussion and bass in this game like madmen, every song has an insanely good underlying structure because of it
It’s amazing how some buzzing and chirping can be arranged to sound like a bunch of instruments. The DS was truly amazing
Best mario kart map EVER (except maybe Waluigi pinball). Change my mind
That's so interesting how one of the lead synth switch from backing chords to the actual melody.

Oscilloscope videos are always a total vibe
Man, old school synth sounds like these are just so good.
Could you do the battle theme (and the out player version that you hear in multiplayer?)
Check yt tomorrow :D

Tiene más componentes de los que me hubiera imaginado
For some reason the lead synth on this always felt very zelda esque to me.
