The fact that even Ross doubted himself because of his track record is hilarious
it does sound like something i would do ..........
Lol right
I could see myself thinking the same way in that situation lol
@@chocolatechow7697 and it does
As one who use to get blacked out drunk i can attest.
"Well I didn't! I didn't propose! Unless.. did I? I haven't slept in 40 hours and it does sound like something I would do" 😂
THAT is the best part 😆
I don’t know if it’s just me but that’s such a relatable thing to say 😂 like any time I don’t sleep well it’s like I forgot all that happened the last 24 hours, he must have felt the same way 😅 poor Ross
That cracked me up
“I didn’t want to rush into anything.” After 2 relationship attempts, a marriage, and a whole pregnancy. 😂😂😂😂
Hence why didn't want to rush.
That's exactly why. Diving in didn't work in Vegas
@Why do you try? I’m saying it’s not the first time Ross has contradicted himself with his own relationship advice based on his experiences. I’m saying consider the source. Chill.
The marriage and the pregnancy are both accidental
It could have worked after Vegas. Rachel was in love with him only a season before and Ross didn’t want to divorce after Vegas partly because he had feelings for her. They just immediately decided they wanted to have an annulment. And then Ross thought about it and decided to lie instead that he got it already.
"Did I?!!" 😂😂
Ross has the best voice breaks.
He sure does!
"What a beautiful, lukewarm sentiment". That was just oozing with sarcasm, Chandler may have competition 😂
Yes..😂😂😂 thinking the same here.
I love the scenes with Phoebe and Ross!
Oh darn
I know right, the weirdest and the bestttt
I love them both together. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
SAME!!!! Phoebe and Ross duo is my fav out of the show
2nd is Chandler and Rachel
Ofc Chandler and Joey are the best, im talking about underrated duos
When they got mugged, 😂 that one is my favorite “I knew you’d be the death of me Phoebe Buffay!”
2:23 "Unless...did I?" Best deliver ever 😂 The context and the Ross history is comedy gold in this escene.
Phoebe always hits ross in the sweetest spot , You are not doctor, gravity is fake, evolution is fake,my moms soul is in the cat,Doctors are supposed to be smart ,sad man's club🤣🤣
Even when he's not present.
"...or it would be like Ross not getting to teach us about dragons."

@@sid5136 "Tomato, tomahtoe."
let’s be honest though, Phoebe shades the whole group, not only Ross 😂
Because he is a doctor, and you are one more ignorant in the comments who doesn't know what he/she is talking about. The 'doctor' title was created and used specifically in academia, not medicine.
'Doctor' comes from the Latin word for "teacher" and originally referred to a small group of theologians who had approval from the Church to speak on religious matters. Eventually, the term saw greater use referring to FIRST qualified academics and then, much, much later, medical professionals. It has been used as an academic title in Europe since the 13th century when the first doctorates were awarded at the University of Bologna and the University of Paris.
Having become established in European universities, this usage spread around the world. Contracted "Dr" or "Dr.", is used as a designation for a person who has obtained a doctorate (commonly a PhD/DPhil).
The wide and popular usage of the 'doctor' title by medical practitioners, came much, much later, only in the late 18th century. So Ross not only is RIGHT to use it, but historically, he has more right to use it than Dr. Green. So sit down all you dumbos in the comments, commenting how Ross is not a real doctor. He is, and in fact, he had more right to this title, being in academia, than Dr. Green had.
"I might be losing interest in this" to come from Phoebe is kinda crazy and hilarious hahaha
David is such a good actor. He nails the crazy senarios evry single time!
I dnt get tired of this show! I can watch it over n over and not get bored of it
2:30 I love Phoebe trying not to laugh 😂
Phoebe and Ross are just the best duo, they should’ve had more scenes 😂
“It does sound like something I would do” the look on his face lol
Ross tries soo hard to convince everyone that "He is a DOCTOR!!"😂
Not convincing. Correcting people when they doubt it
He literally is.
He has a phd so he’s a doctor just not a doctor of medicine.
“Doctors are supposed to be smart”
@@CorriganM08 He isn't a doctor. Ross has a doctorate degree, there is a difference. The term Doctor as a standalone label means someone with a medical degree. Everyone thinks of Doctor as the person they visit for medical treatment at the hospital. Ross is just a paleontologist with a phd, his job is not a Doctor. Ross could technically be called Dr.Geller at work by his coworkers, but he isn't anyone's Doctor. Him telling people that he is a Doctor when he knows they will think he means his job is a Doctor at a hospital is misleading.
Such a funny episode really the confusion on Ross face and phoebe helping him out Then comes Joey. Funniest trio😄
I didn't propose, I didn't!
Unless....
Did I??
🤣🤣🤣🤣 this is the legend.
"How many times can you rewatch Friends?"
"Yes"
Ross is hands down my favorite character on this show.
mine too!
"Did I?" God, that is hilarious, the expression of pure doubt!
Once Chandler moved out from living with Joey both Ross & Pheobe became the funniest duo in the show
Yasss. They're so chaotic 😂
Don't forget when Rachel moved in with Phoebe Ross and then Joey some gold scenes in all places 👍🏻
the last episode where they ran after Rachel was pretty cool too, they should have made more scenes with only these two, they were iconic
Every combo of them and each of them individually were equally hilarious imo
YOU KNOW ROSS DOCTORS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SMART 😆 🤣 😂 😹 A CLASSIC FROM PHOEBE.
2:42 Ross knows himself that much 🤣🤣🤣
I think Phoebe and Ross had great chemistry. I wanted to see more of them.
I remember there was a season where Ross nearly moved in with phoebe but joey and Chandler convinced him to stay with them. I would have loves Ross and phoebe living together there could have been some really funny stuff with that
@@ajnjaajn2816 Ya coz Phoebe is kind of weird then too Ross kind of helps and understands her past childhood trauma...like Ross gifting her a cycle, saying sorry to her because she was mad or like Phoebe always giving him a reality check...and as far as I observed, there were no kind of manipulation and selfishness in their friendship, they were true to eachother as opposed to Racheal. Even if the makers weren't into making them a romantic couple, they should have at least given the two of them a bigger screen time, they would have been fun to watch.
"Unless... it does sound like something I would do." Poor Ross is so tired and also knows he is capable of such things, lol.
I'll never understand why Ross gets so much hate because he is consistently hilarious and David Schwimmer plays him flawlessly.
My fajitas! 😂
David Schwimmer plays him so flawlessly that Ross is exactly how he is supposed to be - someone who isn't bad but extremely irritating at times and extremely nice and likeable at others!

Lol
Friends. Sometimes, just that one line would crack you up for the whole day.
David’s acting though!!
Pheebs almost broke her character there when Ross said did I 🤣
Dude the acting is so on point
@hsd287 Nothing like that happened here, at all. So you're making this up. Ross wasn't insecure or afraid of anything here, because as Ross himself had told Phoebe, he wasn't going to come back with Rachel. And he wasn't afraid either when he found out that Joey had 'proposed', because Ross knew that Joey hadn't proposed at all, he'd just accidentally picked up Ross's ring from the floor, and besides, Rachel had told Ross clearly when they got back to their apartment with Emma from the hospital that she was never going to marry Joey. Rachel had always loved Ross, which she confirmed when she came back to him at the end, and Ross subconsciously knew that, so he had nothing to be afraid of. Ross was simply mad at Joey after all the ring thing because it was an awful thing to do to your friend in general, especially since Rachel was the mother of Ross's child. But that is it.
Rachel said to Ross that with Ross 'it's never off the table' while with Joey she couldn't sleep even once and she never told Joey, not even once, that she loved him. Joey and Rachel were just a phase of fascination that ended in nothing when Joey and Rachel couldn't have sex together even once and they realized that they were just friends and would always be just that and they literally said that to each other in this episode. At the same time, Rachel told Ross that he is the love of her life and that he is the most important thing to her, and that is why they were the endgame and reconciled at the end.
Do you remember which episode where Rachel told Ross that he’s the love of her life and the most important thing to her?
Because I can’t I actually remember Rachel being quite a "cold" character especially when it comes to her feelings towards Ross even when they were together.
What a beautiful lukewarm sentiment 🤣
I know it's a running joke on this show, but the thing with the 'doctor' title is frustrating because of how many ignorants in the comments think Ross is not right to use it, while he is right! The 'doctor' title was created and used specifically in academia, not medicine.

He is, and in fact, he had more right to this title, than Dr. Green had.

Phoebe Was Trying To Through Rushing At Ross
2:02 at least he learned his lesson
Haha man Ross screwed up a lot in his relationship with Rachel, but this is the part I wished he had gotten right. Y’all had a baby, propose and get on with it. I didn’t like S9 and a bit of S10 where he wouldn’t make the move and the arguments and the Joey/Rachel storyline and all that. This could have been the happy ending for them two.
Could not agree more. Season 8 should have been the pregnancy, Season 9 the proposal, Season 10 the wedding. The Joey/Rachel story was so cringe.
@@J1283-s1k Facts! That would have been perfect!
The writers were convinced viewers were only interested in the will-they-won't they. Thats why they only got together in the final episode, too bad
@@jackmayor3574 Yeah that’s a shame though. They ran the will they/won’t they to the ground. I think had they focused on Ross proposing and the wedding, that would’ve still had people interested and keep watching. I wish they had realized that.
2:22 The rare instance of someone gaslighting themselves without even trying.
Why people can't accept that Ross is a Doctor...why why ??😅
Why everytime he has to convince
I like how Ross starts getting insecure about loosing Rachel to someone else and especially when he realizes it's Joey 😂

Its a live studio audience.
Joey was an idiot in this episode to make Emma's birth about him and even eroticized Rachel's breastfeeding. And is this the guy they say is better than Ross?
He proposed so that there would be a guy helping raise the child. He also likes Rachel so of course he would like her boobs. Boobs are still associated with sex even though they serve a purpose.
So you ain’t gonna blame Rachael for saying yes
