Great video! I sadly don't have a Chase Sapphire Reserve, but this lounge looks awesome. The presentation of the food you received was so immaculate. Also good decision by Chase to include a Reflection Room, especially knowing that there will be plenty of people flying out to the Middle East from Terminal 4.
Hi, new chase sapphire card user here. Two quick questions 1. Do all party memebers (ex you, your spouse, kids) need to have a chase card to enter the lounge? Or are we able to bring 1 guest in? 2. Was everything on the menu come with a price or complimentary with having a chase card? Thanks
Great questions. Our Chase Sapphire Reserve card allows for card holder and two guests. Since there are 4 of us, we pay $27 for the fourth guest. And yes, as for food and drinks, everything is included and complimentary in the lounge
@@phoboiinh767 The Sapphire Preferred will not get you in, but if you have another credit card that gives free Priority Pass, like the Platinum or the Venture X, you can enter the Sapphire Lounge once per calendar year for free. Otherwise that non Chase PP will get you in for a $70 a person fee, so it’s definitely much smarter to get the CSR if you’re going to go to the Sapphire lounge a lot.

Is the food free with having the chase sapphire reserve card or do you have to pay at the lounge even if you have the card?
The food and drinks are all free/included once you are inside the lounge with your Chase Sapphire card

Bums me out Chase dropped the restaurants and these amazing lounges are no where in my part of the country.
