Love your video's Mandy! You and your family are just so darn cute, and I laugh every time Cole 'slides' into the video at the table with his little smile, and gives a thumbs up...or 2 or 3 thumbs up! He's a cutie for sure and reminds me of my kids when they were that age. You may have already done this, but if you make a big batch of cookie dough you can just bake however many you want, then scoop out all the unbaked dough onto a sheet......freeze that pan, then the next day just place the unbaked frozen cookie balls into a freezer bag. You can have fresh baked cookies anytime without any work! I've done that for many, many years, and often make a double batch just to have the unbaked cookies in the freezer, and ready to go for another time. :) Delicious recipes. I'll definitely be making the hash brown casserole! Thanks for your great video's! :) ~~Mavis~~

I have a super easy bar cookie recipe.
1 white or yellow cake mix
    1/2 cup melted butter
    2 eggs
2 cups of chocolate chips, butterscotch, peanut butter or m&m's. All are delicious.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 or 11x7 pan. In bowl mix cake mix, butter, and eggs. Stir in add ins. Spread in pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. I like making them in the 11x7 pan. They are a little thicker but are fewer cookies as there are only 2 of us.

We make that hash brown casserole all the time as a side dish! Gonna have to try it with the chicken to make it a main coarse. I also would suggest using ritz crackers instead of cornflakes If you enjoy the flavor of ritz! I personally like that topping better but either way it’s soooo delicious!

Because I work nights my husband tends to have to cook dinner after working all day. I started to feel guilty about this and thought crockpot cooking would be the best way to go this way dinner is done and all he would need to do is serve it. Thank you for your videos, they truly help me.

Mandy I make a great soup from a casserole recipe I found online. It takes an onion diced fine, a bell pepper (grn) diced fine, lots of garlic cloves diced fine, one or two packages of smoked sausage, two or three cans of crushed tomatoes and two or three cans of Bush's large limas. Cook all your vegetables in olive oil, brown your sausage, put it all together in a large pot and add your tomatoes and beans. Let it simmer to blend the flavors and enjoy. Hey you don't even need salt and pepper.....it's that good without.

I have to just rough cut then throw in my magic bullet and do a weeks worth at one time ... or even deal with the ka-ka texture of the frozen ones!! But thanks for another fun video - will be trying that hashbrown casserole ... kinda reminds me of the recipes for the Cracker Barrel potatoes - which are bomb! Happy Holidays

Just made the chicken hashbrown casserole and it is absolutely delicious. This too will be a staple in my house.

On the sandwiches I use honey turkey, provolone, bbq chicken which is hard to find and baby Swiss. I think they come out great. I am not a ham person.

I’m a new subscriber. I started with an appetizer episode. And I’ve watched a few others. We will (hopefully) have all of us together at Christmas and a few days after, so I need a definite meal plan in place. I’m taking notes! The cookies could be spread onto the cookie sheet for a sheet pan cookie. Or as others said, freeze dough balls for later. Plus, walnuts wouldn’t hurt!

In my humble opinion, a hand mixer & stand mixer are very different with unique functions...every kitchen should have both 😉😉😉😉

I love that Hashbrown Casserole, but not long ago, I made it and put the fried onions on top (like what you put on Green Bean Casserole) and it was so amazingly good!
