But I think to protect the country & save a state of India from anarchy it is also a pious duty of the central govt to justifiably impose President rule which is empowered by our Constitution ( article 356...). Why Modi govt didn't impose President rule in Manipur (where situation went out of hand of the State govt) & in West Bengal (where so called ruling party backed corruption cases caught attention of the nation) is not understood. Repercussions of not utilising the given provisions in constitution by Modi Govt in time may go a long way.

Not withstanding the BJP govt propaganda of a 5 trillion economy, India and Pakistan are the poorest countries in Asia with per capita income less than Bangladesh. In the last 10 years India has gone below Pakistan in GHI with more than 800 million Indians (more than the combined population of north America/Australia/New Zealand/Western Europe) trying to survive on 5 kg rice. Since 1947 both of these countries are in an arms race benefiting the developed arms manufacturing/exporting/selling countries. Today China (as an export powerhouse) is among these countries as a third superpower after US and Russia. The only beneficiaries in India and Pakistan are the ruling party politicians/bureaucrats and arms brokers. Even the recent Rafael deal to benefit Anil Ambani could not save Anil Ambani from going bankrupt.
