Tried to buy SENSORA refresh liquid in Noida. Failed miserably. IFB point people do not care. Tried the helpline number but the order gets diverted to the IFB Point jokers who do not know what Sensora is for. IFB point salespersons and technicians in Noida should first learn about this new machine and watch the three demo videos. When talking about Laundromagic they mostly talk crap.

Same situation in Bangalore. IFB created a beautiful machine with good functionality, but won't supply the required raw material (Sensora Fragrance Solution).. This makes the whole machine a normal one as Refresh option, which is the survival feature, can't be used at all..
