@JustADad used it today...wow,utterly brilliant,minor issues really like frequently emptying the dirty tank and refilling new solution plus that hose is pretty annoying way it winds round as it clips in at an angle, never sits flush.but yer those carpets didn't look dirty but the one I've done looks 9/10 new
I have this and love it. Wish I wouldn’t have spent so many years buying the cheap $100 bissell that would not be much. This one works AMAZING. My nephew spilled dark green wax in my white carpet and I got it out with this and a blow dryer. My only complaint is that when it’s in dry mode, I wish it was heated.

So , Shark is sending me an exchange. How do you get the handle off? I wish you could show how to do that. Like your videos.
I have just bought this model, I'm hopeless with looking at the manual so found this video but I just want to know can you use it in upright carpet mode without attaching all the small tools and hose because the hose at the top does not seem to hold in the part it goes into so keeps falling out.could someone tell me. thanks to anyone for an answer to my question
I’m having trouble . My brush roll is working perfectly but nozzle stoped sucking the air . I keep seeing water and solution going down but there is no dirty water coming out of the tank it’s happened after I cleaned the brush but I can’t find what I did wrong

I could vacuum normally with that too or is it just for washing the carpets?
Instructions for cleaner says it is not a dry vacuum. You should vacuum carpet before using the cleaner.

It is for shampooing carpet only not dry vacuuming
didn't mention anything about rinsing. so now the carpet is full of soap
