    I'm back again for more. This music deserves repeated listening. These guys are so technically advanced, yet they play with so much heart and soul! Joe is right on with his mandolin playing, and Natalie lays down a veritable wall of sound for them to roll on. It's great!!!

    Have been most fortunate to have had both Joe and Brittany as tutors at Sorefingers Summer Schools. Joe taught us to play Dry & Dusty in his mando class.

    As a Morrison related to Abbie and Apsie, I have made a side hobby of listening to every version of Dry and Dusty I can find and your version is definitely one of the best! Thanks

    My My My, mighty fine! Great by all three, although the cello is mixed way too loud, drowning out the others, maybe she is plugged in or wireless and not aware how loud it is in the mix?

    • @colliedogboy
      @colliedogboy 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      The mix is in the hands of the soundman at the console.

      Lower cello tones are resonating louder, higher strings are perfect. Enjoy it, because otherwise you wouldn't hear the complete range and what's going on with the lower chords.

      It's just so beautiful, easier to add more complex phrasing and to maneuver than the double bass which by the way is more invasive. Welcome back cello in folk music!
