I told her the first evening we would get married, she said I was crazy. The ship sailed for a shake down cruise but two weeks later I was back in port and we were married that weekend. We had 2 daughters after she had lost two one living a few hours. We adopted a son. 2 months short of our 62nd anniversary she passed away on March 30, 2024. A good part of me died with her. It was a match made by God.
