In todays video I flew on Bonza's first flight available to the general public, from Proserpine to Sunshine Coast. The actual first flight from MCY-PPP was invite-only plus 2 people that somehow got lucky and bought tickets.

As an aviation enthusiast this video is so well done.
It's a shame Bonza went with Boeing as opposed to Airbus but I guess that fizzles down to keeping the airline sustainable.
Bonza need to put resources into making it easier to get to the Regional Airports they service.

think baggage loading/unloading is easier with a 737, as no containers. Smaller airports might not be container capable.
Why does it matter which aircraft type is selected? As long as the type is approved for use in Australia, and, the airfares are low, this should be all that matters. Right? 🤔
@@user-kc1tf7zm3b A321 is superior in every way. It allows for easier future expansion. Airbus has a massive backlog of orders while Boeing have some max they can give to customers easily.

Hey Mate, I'm new to your channel and first and foremost I'm not Australian, I live in the Seychelles Islands and it's located about 4°South of the Equator about 2hours away from Mauritius by flight. I do love Australia and hopefully I might be visiting next year God willing and I am also a bit of an Aviation geek. Glad to see Bonza finally taking to the skies, I wish them all the best, though I also hope to see more operations within Australia especially to places like WA and NSW, too early to tell I'm sure. Great video but I couldn't help noticing how small the seats were. The seat backs looked very thing and the seat base certainly wouldn't go down to your knees. To regular travellers the seat comfort is of paramount importance. Otherwise, I enjoyed watching your review here in Leyte.

This trip that I did didn’t sell out all that quickly, it took a couple days since not everyone knew about it and it was late notice. The “actual inaugural” was never really on sale it was injector only however I think it glitched and a couple people bought tickets

Were u not nervous flying on the Max 8 brother? I would have been so nervous...... personally I really don't trust Boeing anymore, and I looked to every airline that flies Airbus to avoid Boeing......
No I actually wasn’t. I figure they have out so much time into fixing it, surely it must be safe. Yeah it’s sad they’ve had some issues, but I personally still feel very safe on them. I also just think about either way, it’s ridiculously unlikely for anything to happen.

Don’t worry about their money! Later in the year the flights are the more expensive they are! I’m just still a bit worried they will go bankrupt because there have been other airlines that have only lasted 13 months. Heaps of avgeeks Dont think they will survive. Also the 737-MAX8 has killed 346 people and I’m flying with them soon! Do u recommend?
Ig so haha. I would definitely reccommend Bonza and i think the MAX is a perfectly good aircraft now.
