I think it was just the perceived lack of interest that prevented the new series, the first revival did fail after all. But I think it failed because it aired on MTV.

I'm 44 years old. I was in an accident 25 years ago and it screwed with my personality a bit. I always had a good sense of humor, about a 7/10. After my head injury you'd think I'd lose some of my soh and it would be at least 5/10. I don't know what happened but my soh is now jacked up to about 11/10. That being said, I don't find a lot of the cartoons they have today are funny in the least. This brings me back to high-school. I'm glad CC is airing these. I now have a clear reason to laugh instead looking like a moron trying to find something funny in every situation I'm in.
