The 69 was a joke but probably also an accurate gauge of his pain.
My brother was put in the hospital after his kidneys gave out. He was also making jokes.
I guess that's just how some are wired.

At the time, I'm mentioning he wasn't on any meds yet.
I've broken, both arms at the same time, and sat in the hospital for hours without meds. They could have easily brought me some.
While waiting for it to be my turn.
The hospital, in my personal experience.
Let's you sit, and wallow in pain for awhile.
I understand, pain goes away with pain relieving meds. Everyone does.
Please, don't assume only you know simple things. That nobody else knows.

Well Beavis seems to know he has a liver and knows where it is. He even knew he HAD two kidneys. Every once in a while Beavis shows a glimmer of intelligence, of course then he reverts to regular old Beavis.
Both of their intelligence has to flex slightly with the plot, or nothing would ever get done.
Just as half the show is based on the normies ignoring most of what the two say.

It's kind of sad that Butthead didn't even consider giving Beavis his kidney. We all know if the roles were reversed Butthead would demand Beavis's kidney and Beavis would immediately comply

I think that even Butthead would eventually give in if there was no other choice. He wouldn't really want Beavis dead and gone from his life. He is his only companion.
I started dying of laughter after Beavis said 69.
Butthhead is middle aged, and he's still as cold and callous as ever. And its funny how its usually Beavis who suffers all the badluck and misfortune. But given how Butthead is overweight, has bad hygiene, and his poor diet, I'm surprised he doesn't have cancer or diabetes.
That will come, but not just yet.

I lost my mum to a tumour three months ago, and the last fortnight in hospital she was cracking jokes and being as politically incorrect as she could be for the first and last time in her life. Me and my siblings were all blubbering while she was literally taking the pss! I hope to that I'm the same when it's time as well.
