Thank you Scott for doing this video on Tommy Morrison. I met Tommy several times. When the Rockey V movie came out he would come by the movie theatre I worked at and stand by the movie poster admiring it. I thought that was so cool! He also let people take pictures and sign autographs. He was nice to his fans. A few times he was there I would let him and the girls (which were many) he was with sneak out of the theatre to avoid a few fans who wouldn't leave him alone. Sadly not long after that, he was getting into trouble. I would hear about him getting arrested for fighting in restaurants & Bars in Overland Park, Ks & in the Westport area in Missouri which is filled with numerous bars and clubs. I was surprised you made this video on him but glad you did . He has two sons that look like h of FB and both seem to follow his foot steps in the sport . I've always thought he played an awesome spot on Rocky and great acting. Trying to talk highly on someone that has a lot of mess ups doesn't work . There's more talk on the guy and his life but I'm not here to talk bad on him . You did mention things I didn't know of and that'd be standing out and about to meet people . I've heard about the women and other things. Anyway he did do some awesome things in life but than again he took himself out . Really sad. That was my first time seeing his resting place .
Loved Tommy !! His son looks so much like his dad … my other favorite boxer taken way to soon was Arturo Gatti . Can you do something on him ? Love your content !!
John Wayne was born in Winterset IA. My twin sister lived in IA close by there, so she took me to see the house. This is a crazy story. Sounds like a lot of disfunction in his family. Once that starts it's like a domino effect down the family chain. I saw that in my own birth family. Luckily, I was rescued from the mess by two adoptive angels. I had a great life. Thanks mom and dad. RIP Tommy. I hope your finally happy now.
Wow! What a crazy story, life! Only if he didn’t deny that fact he was positive for HIV, and was taking is meds, he’d maybe still be alive today, died so young!

He was one of my favorite boxers my dad was a boxer in his Youth went on to the Golden Gloves was going to become a professional but broke his jaw in a fight he quit because my grandma beg him to my dad thought me to box as a young lady me and my dad would sit a watch old school fights from Muhammad Ali, George Foreman, Leon Spinks , sugar Ray Leonard , The Cinderella Man plus many others we in our hearts knew Tommy Morrison had the chops to become one of the greatest of all time but his lifestyle put a heartbreaking end to his life as one boxer to another Tommy it might have been a short time in the ring but you did it your way

Scott thank you ❤️. I'm looking forward to seeing this video.
Scott you did it once again how you keep out doing yourself video after video is beyond me the intense background of the subject that you're filming the knowledge that you have is unparalleled to anybody else thank you for posting your videos because they do bring a joy to my life but you still got to get your butt to Columbus Ohio
Soon Tom I promise!
@@SCOTTONTAPE I sent you a private message on Facebook with my number
@@tripswithtom creepy
@@RS-cd9cf Oh you mean it's creepy that I'm actually a licensed funeral director with the wealth of knowledge in and around the Columbus Ohio area a famous people that are buried here and he wants to do another video here so to be friends with somebody as creepy? I think somebody who would respond the way that you have is probably more creepier than anything but enjoy your small life while you have it
@@SCOTTONTAPE Scott do you know Tom? He really wasn't you to come to Columbus. Shannon
I just absolutely love watching your videos. Please don’t stop Scott you’re awesome and you help a lot of people you really really do.😊
I wanted to bring a flower to one of my biggest idols, sad story, he had the world in his punch and got lost. May he rest in peace, greetings from old Italy and thanks for your gesture Scott 💐💐 Rip Tommy.
What a crazy video you had to pull together. Thank you Scott for the fantastic story you put together! You alway come through for us and always teach us about the ones you do the story on. You do such a great job. Rest In Peace Tommy
Scott , I'm glad you told Tommy's story . He was a handsome big man .His life was colourful as you said . If only things had turned out differently. God bless him and his family 👪 xx
Thank you for this video & keeping it classy. Got to meet Tommy a couple times when he lived in CA around 2007. Always nice & humble. RIP Duke
Oh man. Talk about someone I totally forgot about. That may be the most in the middle of no where cemetery ive seen anyone famous resting at. Great job finding this one Scott.
Thank you !
R.I.P TO THE MORRISON FAMILY!!!!!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Man great job on this..
Tommy was a talented guy.gone way too soon. May he rip
I saw another picture of him towards the end of his life & he's almost unrecognizable. Very sad how troubled his life was since childhood. A movie could've been made about his life. Its nice how his sons are following his career footsteps
Thank you so much for this video! I always used him as a fighter on fight night round 4 on my PS3 for his signature haymaker and because he was on Rocky 5. May he RIP
Awesome to see someone do this topic. Tommy G was a cool dude.
I wasn't familiar with this boxer, really never heard of him he was so young when he died.. Glad the wife didn't get his ashes,, sounds kinda disrespectful. How beautiful that spot is that you're at. Never seen a picnic table at a graveyard. It looks very peaceful. Thank you for another good one. ✌❤
Damn this video is from about an hour away from me you were in my hood had no IDEA this was here will have to check it out thanks as always for the amazing work!!!
You’re welcome! I love this area down here it’s beautiful
So sad when most of the family members have passed and then they become forgotten. Thank you for showing them love still.
Great video. I was in the bar when he knocked the lady off the bar stool. It was in parkville mo at papa franks. His manager at the time John Brown got him out before he got arrested.
Oh wow that’s crazy you were there!
Did u see it? Did he push or punch. Do you know why it happened?
I always look forward to ur videos. They always end my day on a good note. Thank you
Another great video thanks Scott! You are awesome and I think you always show total respect when you visit graves. Tommy was a Great fighter still remember when he floored Razor Ruddock. He definitely did some crazy things . Later in life he had chest implants that got infected and had to be removed. Rip champ 🥊🥊
Welcome to Arkansas, yes Sir we still speak and talk to people around here, if you ever in Little Rock look me up I can show you all the famous graves and pop culture spots here! Peace
Always, ty, Scott 4 sharing this bout, Tommy, I love watching Rocky... ur doin great w/all ur videos... ✌, 💜, stay safe always 🙏🥀👍🏼
Hi Scott this was such a sad story bad childhood that grew into adulthood and died at such a young age hopefully now at peace another great vlog
RIP Tommy The Duke , Thanks for doing his story..
RIP Tommy. Thank You for the video Scott.
I love how Rocky's last few blows to Tommy sync up w the music.. CHILLS still to this day♥️
Such a handsome man with the world at his fingers tips. He let snatch, snatch it all away
Loved Tommy !! His son looks so much like his dad … my other favorite boxer taken way to soon was Arturo Gatti . Can you do something on him ? Love your content !!
Thanks Scott ! Well done! Appreciate you always...stay safe my friend...✌
Yes, he definitely would be alive today if he had taken his meds. Such a terrible and sad ending.
Scott you do such great videos on people I love boxing and so did my dad when I saw Rocky 5 I thought he's such a handsome talented guy glad you did this I learned more on him because of your videos such a tragic story Rip Tommy Morrison he had a very troubled life so sad....
The Duke was underated for his boxing he should of had more recognition for his time in boxing he was a brilliant and skilful fighter with a unique style 💪
Nah, he wasn't a good fighter. He never beat holy, Bowe and he got blazed by Lewis. He beat journeymens and nobody's. He even lost to some terrible fighters.. he ran from the old forman. Dont believe the hype
He was one of my favorite boxers my dad was a boxer in his Youth went on to the Golden Gloves was going to become a professional but broke his jaw in a fight he quit because my grandma beg him to my dad thought me to box as a young lady me and my dad would sit a watch old school fights from Muhammad Ali, George Foreman, Leon Spinks , sugar Ray Leonard , The Cinderella Man plus many others we in our hearts knew Tommy Morrison had the chops to become one of the greatest of all time but his lifestyle put a heartbreaking end to his life as one boxer to another Tommy it might have been a short time in the ring but you did it your way
I didn't know he passed away. I've seen Rocky V a lot. My mom loves those movies. I have seen every 1 of the Rocky movies. Including the 2 Creed movies
The beginning was just outstanding with the music........ WOW !!!
