@@moonshot3159Not an obvious twist, just some sort of conclusion at all. Was it the husband? Was it a wronged father whose daughter was killed by the drug company’s products? Just a random psycho? There’s no conclusion either with a relationship or some sort of deeper psychological or societal commentary. It was literally just a guy shooting at some woman and anyone who stumbled upon the crime happening. Did he know her or not? Literally any sort of explanation or conclusion would have been infinitely better. There’s literally no point to even watching this movie now.
The killer had to be someone she knew but not the husband.
1. The killer put a hole in the car gas tank and knew which direction they would drive home thus he could be at the station billboard waiting.
2. It's not her husband because she would have known his voice, if he was a sniper and his body build.
Probably someone husband hired & gave him all the info he needed to carry out the plan.
Or its the guy who she framed him for sexually assaulted her?
The main character is too unlikable
The little girl who survived is the killer. She went insane from the trauma, got a sex change when she became an adult, trained in sniper marksmanship, then used a time machine to travel back to the past to kill all the people who ruined her life.

The most unrealistic thing in the movie is how strong that padlock is lol. You can take a hammer and open those in one hit
dont you have to hit it in a specific spot though? she was just whaling on the metal curve part, not the lock housing itself. thats not gonna do much to the lock.
theres also the fact it was screwed into the door and wall and there was a whole display of what looked like supplies. theres probably a screwdriver in there. they could just unscrew stuff, but that wouldn't make for a good movie if people made smart choices according to some. personally I think if a person did make smart choices and did everything right, yet still got killed, that adds to the horror element because it shows "yes, you can do everything a smart/normal person would do. doesn't matter though.
There are padlocks which are like that.If that padlocks is too hard theif won't be able to break in besides it is fictional not really bro.

That's probably the worst thing in this film. The girl and her grandparents were nothing but innocent bystanders. Now that poor child is all alone and has to rely on strangers to have any chance of getting home.

I believe the killer is someone who lost a daughter to her medications. As seen, he gave chances to the child but not to the adults. Signaling his weakness is children reminding him about his dead daughter.

That's a simple psychological trick to involve person who watches. Cheating raises emotions in you, so you get excitetd and more prone to watch till end and also comment and remeber for next few days. It's a long time used strategy in marketing.

it's a co worker from the pharmaceutical industry who 1. probably has guns for a hobby 2. she somehow maligned, insulted or did wrong to, or competed with for a promotion 3. has been gathering info about her for quite a while. 4. works in a lab or something, explaining his/her calculating and precise nature (the gas leak probably lets the killer estimate at what all-night convenience store she gonna get grounded, at which place he could ambush her.) I'm not into the husband theory becuase he was portrayed as kind and loving and clueless about the affair.

Guys it was definitely henry because in a photo that we saw was him and his daughter wearing kinda like military clothes and with guns making us know that henry knew about guns and we also see how he knows everything about alice and how alice filed a complaint against “henry” and then he couldn’t afford medicine for his sick daughter and also when the sniper is asked by alice who henry is he hesitates and then says who is henry .Thats why he is targeting alice so much because maybe his daughter also died due to her being sick

Also maybe the girl that was killed who worked at the gas station (i forgot her name mb) “Henry” was her boyfriend and he also might’ve found out she was cheating on him which maybe was also one of his motive and “henry” who maybe is the sniper also was stalking alice to get his revenge on her for what she did and to teach her a lesson or something 🤷🏽♀️

Here's the thing. Cheating is no doubt frowned upon, and that of other corrupt things she did, but in terms of the physical and emotional turmoil the sniper had inflicted, neither is shooting at people. I find it ridiculous at the lengths one will go to make their wrongdoers suffer. In this case, all one can do upon being cheated is to confront the cheater, get answers to know what went wrong and ultimately walk away to contemplate.
Whether the sniper is the person who had been cheated and so forth on or had been hired said guy to so a hit, it's still very messed up to cross a line even worse than cheating and other wrongs.

look I'm fine with ambiguous endings left up to interpretation - but this trope of ending the movie with half the plot points unresolved is about as infuriating as a series being cancelled when the season finale ended on a cliff-hanger. I was half expecting the little girl to be run over at the end making the entire film events pointless haha - I mean she was running head on into traffic near a blind corner!!
