- It goes without saying that buying a brand new JL Sahara and modifying it into a capable Jeep Chase Truck is a time consuming task. In order to keep you from sitting through 4 months worth of video footage, we've compiled the highlights to bring you a brief story of how this beast came together.

unreal amount of work. Wouldn't it be cheaper to just buy a chassis and body from jeep rather than an entire new jeep? the body and chassis is all that was used here....
Regal2800 Dude, when you are doing something like this, there is no going "cheap". and I ma pretty sure that the truck belongs to a client who had just bought it and wanted the conversion.

My God, as a retired contractor who has used tons of utility beds, and have owned a ‘55 Cj all the way through wranglers... this truck is inspiring. if you ever custom make them sale I will be your first customer. When something is done right like this, you get what you pay for.
Look that departure angle, your built looks much prettier than stock JT.
would of been sick if you put a duramax ,or a power stroke 7.3 ,better yet a common rail 5.9 cummins or a 6.7 .still very nice
It's nice, it's REAL NICE. But for my purposes, I would have just shortened the cab to a single and installed a 6-foot step side bed.

i dont think thats the right way to cut a chassis... should be stepped and each horizontal step to a specific length for longitudinal rigidity... imo

The only way you can top this build is by doing a 6x6 JL for the 2019 Sema
The build was cool, but I wish the video would have focused more on some of the individual work. It was way too spastic and fast to see much of anything that was going on.
since i live in california i wish i would take it to you guys build a custom bed a bit longer extend the back seats of my 4 door jk and swap it out with a cummins motor i im broke lol but awesome build guys it came out great!!!!

doesnt it defeat the purpose of having a truck if you have two spares taking all the bed space? Why not mount them in a way that they dont compromise the bed space?

Great job by all parties involved. Y’all got some talented guys over there. But why not just wait another couple months until the truck comes out. FCA leaked photos and numbers on the truck that’s coming out in a year doesn’t make much sense but like I said looks great.

I wish you have a Garage in Costa Rica, I want to do a similar work in my Suzuki Samurai, I have a hard top Samurai and I want to convert it to a 4 doors truck, what affraids me is the part when the chassis needs to be cuted and welded again to make it longer....

Really nice build, for all that I would have requested to fill out the rear doors like the front ones, that whole triangle Land Rover Defender look takes away from the truck, otherwise good job.
