Shin-Kodaira station on the Musashino-line is semi-underground station.
Many freight trains pass through there every day.
I could shoot many freight trains and locomotives there.

A beautiful day,so putting on your deerstalker cap,you hired off to the Japanese equivalent of Baker Street(Metropolitan line),to see the traffic on the Metropolitan Widened line! And you really lucked out! A DE 200 prototype,2,yes 2 111's in a row,and a double header,plus all the usual freight operations that make the hunting of trains,so worthwhile!
