"I am every one and every zero" "The stars are my cells" god fucking damnit, these lyrics are about a vomiting cyborg they have no right to go that hard
So, let me get this straight. Han-Tyumi was born (if you can call it that) without a will to live, so he soul-searched for an age until he learned that he couldn't get sick or die (as a cyborg) so he decided to do both, then he could be at peace. So he built a machine (Munt) to do it for him. And his machine hated it. So Han-Tyumi got pissed and merged with Munt, and vomited so goddamn hard hat he murdered the entire goddamn unierse. What a power move.

The delivery for "VOMIT BOMB" sends chills up my spine, like how is that possible???
The first time I heard this arc of Murder of the Universe, I was stoned off my ass at 2:00am. I did not expect the shift from the LotR-esque tale of the Lord of Lightning, to the sickening and enrapturing story of Han-Tyumi. I felt dumbfounded in disbelief at the bleak, gnarly lyrics pouring through my headphones, and I had the most vivid visualizations along the way. Needless to say, it was a religious experience.
no kidding, most definitely my favourite of the three stories in murder of the universe. a cyborg who, using his ingenuity and desire to vomit and die, becomes a cancerous growth upon the universe and fills its entirety with his own puke, eventually growing so dense it collapses into a singularity it's disgustingly intriguing and interesting, and i'm sure those who have listened to this can eventually sympathise with the robot's wishes to vomit and die.

I feel like I just finished a religious service everytime I hear that “murder of the universe” at the end
I thought so too, until I realized humans can get sick and die, something Han-Tyumi wishes he could do. Unless they are implying that those in charge of humanity are so well off financially that they live separate from the rest of the population, almost "immune" to getting sick and dying (until old age). Because of this, they continue to launch for-profit wars (death) and not fund diseases that do not directly affect them (sickness), until one day, war occurs world wide and diseases spread like wildfire because of the result of WW III making these same rich people now prone to death and sickness like Han-Tyumi always wanted.
I was at the show last night when they debuted this video after they went offstage and the whole house was moshing and going ham almost like the band was still on stage. Love these guys forever
The last stretch of this album takes such a left turn from the medieval-style altered beast to the LOTR-style of lord of lightning to this………….chillingly brilliant
Right??? Especially the way the eloquent narrator from the first two parts goes away and we get this broken unreliable horrifying first person account instead. It's genuinely really well-done existential horror imo.
God i know its just a tts preset but i love how pained han tyumi sounds delivering their lines. Like they can imagine a thousand lives in a fraction of a second but cannot describe even one with their labored synthesised voice.
I just spent £70 on international imports of this. More excited for this than I was for Microtonal, not been this excited since Mind Fuzz was teased, this is going to be something special
I know what a good line, it’s like our humanity as a whole is based on some kind of faith or awareness of what life actually is, a good amount have forgotten and sadly are unaware of what this really is
It's an utterly brilliant line. They could have simply just written "Forgotten God", but "Unremembered" implies a willing recantation of faith. It was presently within memory, but the people of this altered future have found no need or value in it, and have forgotten it by intentional force. It's a truly bleak world that KGLW paints in this album, and I adore every second of it
