Im proud to say I restored a real 1964 Anglia . I sanded her down , body filled her and resprayed her which took me around 1 year to complete .

Excellent renovation. Wasn't sure Matchbox produced the Anglia. Your silver application to lights and bumpers etc., is quite accurate and better than some restorerers who are sloppy or apply too much.

Es sieht wirklich gut aus wie Du, aus den oft schwer gebrauchten und manchmal auch defekten Fahrzeugen wieder dem Original gleichwertige Modelle hinbekommst. Auch hier wieder ein top Ergebnis! Die Neuanfertigungen aus Resin gefallen mir sehr gut und sind ebenfalls toll. Ich wünschte manch ein Hersteller meiner Resin-Bausätze würde auch mit dieser Sorgfalt arbeiten. Habe oft Luftblasen oder zu dünne Wandstärken was mir die Arbeit jetzt nicht so leicht macht. Ist dann immer ein zusätzlicher Aufwand für ein schönes Modell nötig. Bis wiedermal. Gruß Joachim

Luftblasen sind in der Tat ein Problem. Es ist am schwierigsten, Polyurethan-Reifen zu gießen. Selbst wenn ich eine Vakuumpumpe benutze, bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob sie erscheinen werden. Beste Wünsche

Wich colors do you use? I work with vallejo but the Paint is very sensitive and is defiant clear varnish often very fragile🙄😔

thank you very much. I try to use base car paints and finally use a clear varnish with a hardener. He really strengthens the paint. The model is not very vulnerable. Even if he uses modeling paints, I also paint them at the end with varnish. Best wishes

Nice work but did you know the if you dip the plastic glass in pledge klear floor polish it brings it up to a high glassy gloss, but you must use the clear one not the one with a milky colour only, I dont think you can buy it in England, 'I got it on E-bay from America. I us it on plastic model kits for canopies and landing light lenses.

It is just called pledge/ revive it / floor gloss/ origanal. It's a bit expencive but you get 27 Fl oz in a bottle and after you have dipped your plastic glass you can pore it back in the bottle and use it again, It is on e-bay but I can't find it on Amazon. After dipping let the edge with the biggest drip on it touch a peice of tissue to help it drain then let it dry for about a day if you don't remove the drip it will dry as a drip on the glass.
