Hey, bud. I tested those and I have an older video comparing their accuracy with the regular diabolo shaped pellets. You're right, the Polymags are not as accurate, and what I noticed is they tend to ricochet too much, and there are many hard surfaces on that permission of mine. Yes, Terence, FAC as per laws in the UK. In this video the gun is set to shoot 34 grain pellets at an average of 830 fps which makes for about 51-52 fpe.
What's the speed reduction in slo mo? The tree shot with wind was pretty amazing. And those ~100 yard shots. Wow. I think someone in your country wants you in their sniper squad. Or maybe you were and that's how you became so good.
Never been in the army, Joe 😉 But thank you kindly. It's the guns, not me - I think they outshoot me every time. Slow mo: normally I reduce the speed down to 10-15%.
Yes Sir, this is what we want to see: no long expo of several guns and kinds of bullets etc. but the Real Show that is all about cleaning the farms from these flying rats. With compliments from the Netherlands by Arie Bert Versteeg ;-)
The zero is 50 meters or 55 yards, but many shots are at an upward angle, hence the holdunder. That's what this complex scope reticle is for. You can use holdover and holdunder instead of dialing turrets before each shot.
@@michaelbritain5546 thanks, buddy, and try to watch my latest videos recorded at my new permission: hundreds of pigeons shot every time I go there. It's crazy. Straight shooting, brother 👍
@@jennysok, yes, buddy, but then it's more likely for the 34 grainers to spiral during flight. The prevailing opinion is that's because of the choke of the LW barrel. And some imperfections on the pellets, of course. The 34 grainers are not a regular diabolo pellet, as you know, but more like a hybrid between slugs and a diabolo shaped pellet. If you want a higher velocity, I'd recommend shooting the 25.39 grain JSB in .25 cal.

Old video but you think you can try using predator polymags at this distance? Definitely wont fly as straight but would like to see what kind of damage they do to some pigeons
Hey, bud. I tested those and I have an older video comparing their accuracy with the regular diabolo shaped pellets. You're right, the Polymags are not as accurate, and what I noticed is they tend to ricochet too much, and there are many hard surfaces on that permission of mine. Also, I take shots at different distances. At close range the Polymags will get the job done, but if the next shot has to be at 80-90 meters, I wouldn't rely on those... Thank you for watching though, and for taking the time to comment 🙂🤝
@@AirRifleActivities Thanks for replying :) Ill take a look at the vid now. That's odd that they ricochet more than a domed pellet
@@AirRifleActivities Went to your channel and typed in polymag but only saw a accuracy test. . do you have a video of you shooting pigeons with it?
@@Technie87, no, buddy, accuracy test only...
@@AirRifleActivities Gotcha, well any chance you could make a video of you using them?
Great magpie shooting 🤩
Cheers, Billy 🙂
Buenos disparos,que rifle usas
Gracias, hermano 🙂 El rifle: Edgun Matador R5M Standard .25.
Great shooting Tex.
Tex? No one's called me that so far, but thanks 👍😄
hello, are you going to fry them or what?
Hey, bud. We roast them. Other people prepare them in different ways.
@@AirRifleActivities In France we make a recipe of pigeons with peas . Great .
@@raoulvolfoni1800 sounds delicious, friend 🙂
Have you ever seen where the cats take the dead pigeons?
In the back, behind that warehouse. At least most of the time. Once it ate a pigeon right in front of me 🙂
@@AirRifleActivities Just be careful feeding the cats pigeons, i use to do the same until one day the cat pooped out a mssive tape worm. idk if thats from the pigeons or not but that was primarily what i was feeding it.
@@reposter6434 duly noted, mate, but those cats are feral, I have no control over their diet 🤷
На какую дальность стреляет винтовка?
@@Traster-h4g more than a hundred meters with accuracy.
Good job on the magpies, got the whole family !
Thanks, Pete 🙂 Never miss a chance to shoot some of those - always up to no good these birds.
Great shooting and as been said you are lucky to shoot two but 5in a row good shooting
Thank you kindly, sir 😊
You are welcome

Hank: understandable have a nice day
What are you referring to, bud?
@@AirRifleActivities it gives a game with the name detroit become human or dbh and it gives a scene where a Caracter called Hank is in a builidng and gets scared of a bunch of pigeons out of reflex hank says FUCKING PIGEONS and that was the idea of the comment
@@mcwaffelking6141 😄 Sorry, brother, haven't played this game. Bit thanks for the amazing comment 🙂
@@AirRifleActivities no need to thank me nice video
Brilliant shooting, 5 magpies wow
Thanks, bud 🙂 It's the first time I managed to get that many in one go.
Name of rifle Please !
It's the Edgun Matador R5M .25. Full equipment list in the description of the video. Thanks.
Good video as usual but they could be made a lot more interesting and relevant if you talked about the gun, caliber and ammo you are using, and the approximate velocity if you know it. Thanks!
Thank you, Kirk 🙂 You know, I did this in previous videos of mine, and I keep thinking that regular viewers would find me saying that every time boring... But you're right, I'll start saying that more often. Of course I know the muzzle velocity, buddy 🙂 Right now I'll put a list of my gear in the description. Stay safe 👍
Just found you and Yes, i´m going to buy me one, i can´t stand it any more ? See Ya Texas
👍👍👍👍👍five start video⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Manny, far too kind of you, I appreciate it, bud 🙂🤝
How do you film in the crosshairs?
I use a scope cam mount by Side Shot, buddy. In some of my latest videos I use a night vision add-on too. Thanks for watching.
What ft lb are you using are you f.a.c.shooting
Yes, Terence, FAC as per laws in the UK. In this video the gun is set to shoot 34 grain pellets at an average of 830 fps which makes for about 51-52 fpe.
What's the speed reduction in slo mo? The tree shot with wind was pretty amazing. And those ~100 yard shots. Wow. I think someone in your country wants you in their sniper squad. Or maybe you were and that's how you became so good.
Never been in the army, Joe 😉 But thank you kindly. It's the guns, not me - I think they outshoot me every time.
Slow mo: normally I reduce the speed down to 10-15%.
whats your guns muzzle energy,
In this video the gun is set to about 52 fpe.
@@AirRifleActivities wow. in my country more than 12 ft lbs, must have a FAC. enjoy
@@rushzeen, thanks, buddy 🤝
Yes Sir, this is what we want to see: no long expo of several guns and kinds of bullets etc. but the Real Show that is all about cleaning the farms from these flying rats. With compliments from the Netherlands by Arie Bert Versteeg ;-)
Thank you for the kind words, Arie 🙂 I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
Exceptional shooting
Many thanks, Tom 🙂

Тело птицы насквозь пробивает или нет?
@@Traster-h4g yes, usually there is a full pass through.
4,5 ? , 5,5 ?
The scope cam footage is through the scope of a 6.35 mm Edgun Matador R5M. Thanks for watching, bud.
Great shooting. Take care.
Thanks, buddy. Stay safe 👍
Verry good 😊
Thank you, friend 😊
The pellet even at 60 yards is hitting way above the crosshairs, what's the zero ? No doubt about it you can shoot 👍
The zero is 50 meters or 55 yards, but many shots are at an upward angle, hence the holdunder. That's what this complex scope reticle is for. You can use holdover and holdunder instead of dialing turrets before each shot.
@@AirRifleActivities great shooting, been shooting 54 years myself never seen that many Pigeons though, very well done.
@@michaelbritain5546 thanks, buddy, and try to watch my latest videos recorded at my new permission: hundreds of pigeons shot every time I go there. It's crazy. Straight shooting, brother 👍
@@AirRifleActivities already on it, I can watch a good shooter for hours, I'll be checking em out, 👍
Great video 👍
Thanks, bud 🙂🤝
What is the power (Joule / ft/lbs) these ranges and pellets require to be so effective?
My gun in this video is at about 50 fpe if memory serves (a lot of videos and with different guns, I'm starting to lose track).
Hi brother! What is the speed?
In this video I shot the 34-grain JSB at 252 m/s.
Air Rifle Activities Can you increase it speed?
@@jennysok, yes, buddy, but then it's more likely for the 34 grainers to spiral during flight. The prevailing opinion is that's because of the choke of the LW barrel. And some imperfections on the pellets, of course. The 34 grainers are not a regular diabolo pellet, as you know, but more like a hybrid between slugs and a diabolo shaped pellet. If you want a higher velocity, I'd recommend shooting the 25.39 grain JSB in .25 cal.
Air Rifle Activities thank you
Muy bueno amigo... como siempre una buena exterminación 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Muchas gracias, amigo 🙂🤝
@COOL NIGHT SHADOW Google translate 🤷♂️
nice shooting especially the magpies.
Thank you, John 👍 Glad you enjoyed it.
great to shoot well done
Thanks, man 🤝
Either those magpies had never been shot at before and were too upset to know it was time to skedaddle, or they were a particularly dumb group. Either works for us 😎
4:34 That was an odd impact. The pellet hit, but didn't spray any feathers.
Thanks, mate, I was a little surprised myself I managed to get so many in one go.
