We Did an Extreme Eel Aquarium Makeover, it Was Terrifying!

On a recent trip to the east coast, we headed out to a small charter school in Columbia, South Carolina. The team made over a few tanks including an Eel tank everyone was afraid to work on. Taking out the original idea of a shipwreck Shawn had the idea to refresh the tank with inspiration from The Kansas City Aquarium we recently visited.

That was a nice video. I visited that school for a reef club meeting a few months back. It’s a very interesting school that seems to center on aquatics. That eel is huge in person.

Definitely not the most aggressive eel, but it is the one with the second worst eyesight which is why people often get tagged by the eel when not paying attention.
