It looks beautiful Elle, I have been wanting to try this. I love the Estee Lauder Futurist Hydra Rescue, and was wondering how these two compare. I will definitely try the Kosas powder. I have dry skin.
You are my Guru for foundation Elle! I have dry skins and everything you’ve recommended has worked wonderfully for me, thank you! You should do a drugstore/reasonably priced tinted moisturizer line up, please!
Hi beautiful Elle... glad you went on a little vacation... the picture you posted when you were away was breathtaking! You looked so rested and happy it did you good my love. I love seeing you happy it makes me smile 😊!!! Love the video... great review and helpful tips... I'm going to try a new one from Milani...it looks very similar to Urban Decay but it's a skin tint. Milani Hydrating Glow Skin Tint... Vegan, Cruelty Free as well as good skin care ingredients. It was compared to Huda's similar one and it looks just as good if not better... it's a skin like finish which I'm excited about. Price point $11.99. Would love for you to try it as well and see what you think of it. Elle Squad to the end forever!!! Grey looks more beautiful every time I get a quick glimpse at her Much love 💕 Happy Friday
Gorgeous, as always! I need that lip!! Have you tried the Milani glow skin tint? I wonder if the UD one is similar to that one? I have the Milani and it’s pretty, very glowy..I definitely have to set it and it doesn’t last too terribly long on me but I don’t expect a skin tint to last all day on me 💜
I have been hoping you would review this one! I saw someone else review it awhile ago but she doesnt like glowy like I do and of course like you do so the review was a but skewed but I thought I might like it. You are definitely my go to on foundation because we seem to like similar ones and also because it doesnt stick on my nose either lol. I will have to give it a try. Need something between my NARS & my tinted! Thanks so much Elle! 💕
I love their foundations, or I used to before they discontinued the weightless Naked Skin original - it was SO many people’s favorite, from oily to dry it didn’t matter. It’s the only foundation that worked on my more mature acne prone, dehydrated and my daughter’s teenage skin. Which color did you use? Looks awesome on you.
I will be getting this but it will have to wait as I'm on a No Buy atm. Why is it that really good, tempting produces come on the market whilst being on a No Buy? There goes Gray (?), bouncing around and ful, of life full of energy 💗💗 Hope you doing really well Elle 💞🧡💞🧡💞
Every time I say I’m on one something is half off or there’s a friends and family, or Holiday sale. I’m getting much better at not buying something just because it’s on sale - I just think about how I’ll never use up everything I have before it goes bad, or in this lifetime and I think I’ll just be neglecting those things that I do love. I’m wearing less now anyway, more cream products, so my powder bronzer, blush and eyeshadow collection is gathering dust, and they’re good ones like Bobbi Brown, Too Faced, Tarte, The Balm, Chanel, etc.
I have normal skin with a touch of oil in the center for summer, dry skin in cooler and winter months. This foundation is great for those skin types. However, I also have flaky skin due to retin a use, and it highlights every single flake. I’m going to try dermaplaning to see if that will help. Otherwise, it’s great!
Hi Elle, I have this one! I have mature skin that's on the dry side, and I love it as long as I'm not outside in the heat all day. It's certainly not sweat proof for me, but for any other time, I find it is lovely yet still not super long lasting.
Elle, a random question: I (and others too, probably) find I can’t put any products under my eyes because my fine lines will eventually look not so fine. Do you have any tips for preventing that? It drags you down a bit when you put makeup on to look better and it winds up making you look older…..
Do you use good, hydrating eye cream/gel? I think that’s the most important (and affordable) thing, because of drynes makes fine lines worse, too. My must haves are super hydrating (but not oily, more gel like, and fragrance free) Cosrx Snail Peptide Eye Cream and Klairs Fundamental Eye Gel. They also work great under makeup (w good concealer & beauty blender, without setting it w powder, at least on my dry skin. You can also set your under eyes w beauty sponge & fragrance free setting spray, if needed).
So beautiful!!! Do you have a recommendation for a super light coverage like the old IT Cosmetics tinted armour sunscreen? I bought it after watching your summer skin video years ago and it’s been my go to for everyday and I’m at a LOSS since they discontinued :) I’m normal to dry like you.
You briefly mentioned if you had creapy and or wrinkles on the eyes.(under eye and laugh wrinkles). How do you apply or what do you apply if you have that?
I tried it and really liked it except for the color. I tried 2 shades and it was either too orange or too yellow on my skin tone. Always a bummer when that happens.
This foundation looked lovely on you Elle, for some reason I didn’t get notification of your video and only seeing it now, how would you compare this foundation to the NARS tinted moisturiser, I’m not sure if it’s cruelty free or not, also I’m having trouble with my skin pilling once I apply my sunscreen using the Osmosis products, I’m using La Roche Posey sunscreen, is there anything else that I could use to stop this annoying pilling on my face and neck, it looks horrible, I’m also using the Rejuvuas ABC REPAIR AND RESTORE some days but not on the same day as my Osmosis products, I’ll add the Tatcha dewy skin moisturiser before any sunscreen, I Hope you can Help and recommend something that I can purchase here in Australia 🇦🇺. Lovely to see your little girl in your video. Hope she’s doing well. Cheers from Queensland Australia 🇦🇺🌸🌸🌸
@@ElleLearyArtistry Elle, Thank You Kindly for responding but you didn’t answer my important question about my pilling on my face, it’s so frustrating especially when I want to apply makeup, I basically have to remove the sunscreen off my face to put my makeup on even if it’s only for a couple of hours, I hate going out without my sunscreen on, but this is how it is at the moment till I find something that won’t pill over my skincare products. Cheers 😊😔😔
@@monicapatton1405 Yes, I’ve switched my sunscreen to a store brand here in Australia 🇦🇺 and it works perfectly with my skincare products, I haven’t had to take away any of my skincare to use my sunscreen, it’s called Mecca To Save Face and is slightly tinted but only slightly, I’ll mix it with a little colourscience flex to give me a lovely glowy finish without having to use foundation. ❤️❤️
@@-nellie-m3711 great! Sometimes we just have to play around with make up and skin care to get it right but with all the options these days is sure to be something that will work for each of us. Glad you found a way to make it work! Have a great day :-)
Have you tried the No 7 tinted skin perfector? It is beautiful and has been staying on in the Phoenix 110° weather and the humidity we have had lately. I was about to give up on anything staying on. It's got a different consistency than a "tint" I'm not sure why they call it that tbh, but it also isnt a foundation consistency but "perfector" is definitely appropriate.
@@gypsyjames5261 medium but buildable coverage, very soft and velvety and very skin like. I had high hopes for this because I’m so dry. I will say that is keeps my face hydrated all day. But there’s just something about it that makes me look kind of sickly. I assume it’s just not a shade match for my undertones.
how does this compare to Covergirl clean fresh milk foundation? I am 51 w/ dry almost dehydrated skin and would like a natural, but better me look? 😏 you know?
How is 12 shades a "great color selection"? For UD that is super disappointing. The fact that companies skimp out on inclusive shades simply by calling something a "tinted moisturizer" is disgusting, and what's even more disappointing is the majority of our light skinned influencers claiming that a handful of shades is such a "great variety". Yeah.. It's a great variety for all light skinned people, a few tan, and very few deep. Who benefits here?
