Types of Matrix Organizations Strong Weak and Balanced Matrix Organization

Matrix organization in a matrix organization there are three parts so one is a strong Matrix weak Matrix and then a balance Matrix this is based on the powers of project manager in a strong Matrix the project manager has got more power more Authority the function minus got less Authority that's the projectized organized costs like it's called a strong Matrix organization in the weak Matrix organization the functional manager has got more Authority and the project has got less a project manager could be a project coordinator or an XP writer a project coordinator has got some of the authority but accelerator has got zero Authority on projects remember that now in a balance Matrix both the project manager and the function manager have got equal Authority on the project so these are different types of Matrix organizations on the projects important concepts for PMP examination I wish you all the best
