My dear Mansoor ali khan ,kindly correct this information that Reinhold messener belongs to iltaly not from germany further more remains of gunther messener burried at nanga parbat not in germany.Reinhold only took the shoe with him with the bone still inside for DNA analysis which is later on confirmed on DNA analysis that bone belongs to gunther messener .Regards

As we go up in the air the density of air decreases and so do the propulsion. Oxygen is also a factor but not as great factor as air density is basically is. some jets can operate on extremely high altitudes using atmospheric oxygen. The partial pressure of oxygen decreases but it does not affect the flight of a jet.
