I have heard from a couple other gurus that you should find out the person in the company that deals banker acceptance for value notes & discharges. They all know what's going on in the higher levels of each company. The average person opening the letters and looks at your cupon will send it to the fraud department. Usually there's a different address or PO box or something like that.
I have sent my presentment payments to the ceo o executive chief of the utility companies and all of them have told me that they just accept cash, debit card, credit card payments, they don’t want to take my coupon payments 😩😩😩😭😭😭

When you sign use your current name. When you are doing your SPC use what's on your Birth Certificate. That is where your "Commerical Entity" was created.
Coach MT, question for you. In this example of filling out the "Presentment Coupon" to send it back to them, when you entered the amount of $159 as the minimum amount, why wouldn't you say "Pay In Full" $7,916.70 and be done with it vs having to repeat this process again the following month?
Write the entire balance amount in the box $7916.70. You not making payments, you are discharging it all at one time. Otherwise, you are wasting everyones time. A CEO is not going to process the minimum payment every month. Do it once an d be done with it. After it is discharged through the method he is talking about, there is no guarantee the card company ill not close your account because they are butt hurt. Prepare for it. Thats why you discharge the entire bal amount the first time. MAKE SURE you write on it: "Accept for value", in good faith, as holder in due course.
Hey dude. Ive been doing this successfu over here in the UK for a long time. The organisation I get zero response from is HMRC (your IRS) they accept my A4Vs (Money Orders) and I never hear a thing back (Silence is Golden). Some companies send them back and you cant win every battle, but the big hitters like personal taxation, corporate taxation and local government taxes are a cinch. I dont know the exact US legislation, but I guarantee it will be modelled (maybe with slight US variances) on or 'Bills of exchange Act 1882'. 😊
You have good information, the birth certificate already establish that you are the creditor in fact because you are the holder of the instrument/ birth certificate, right! You have a beneficial interest as equitable title holder and that trumps the legal titleholder which are the trustees/ nominees also know as debtors in possession of your legal estate. Correct?

Hey Coach MT I saw your TH-cam video and been diving into Consumer Law a bit, I wanted to know if it’d be smart to get a luxury credit card and pay with statements and payment coupons. The reason most account gets closed is because they apply online and when you select certain boxes it says I agree to receive all paper billing via online. So instead of applying online I called to do an application and he said he is able to opt me out of that I just have to do my application over the phone. So if that’s the case I was thinking should I write my own contract saying they agree to paid via statements, payments coupons and irs forms.
That's a good thought, however I don't think any company will be in your favor. They want those FRNs and the system would likely not encourage them to do that. They want your slavery. Perhaps you could slip by them with an affidavit attached or writing discreetly somewhere your new terms.
I would say to work the SPC process first. Get yourself separated from your ENTITY. Some companies do honor the coupon but most won't. They may close you account.

so if they give me a coupon but the amount is a plus. then I should write them a check with the matching amount in minus. right? when I write out the check, I shouldn't be giving them a positive check I should be giving them a minus check. then that way it's zeroed out. RIGHT⁉️

Ok coach gas company said 1099a for businesses....they did not accept coupon...its already shut off but was hoping....mailed coupon to cc company....they told me it was a returned payment...I told them not on my end BC I still continue to make payments...so they said it was an attempt to discharge bill I say yes BC say it said money order on it I said yes but I still made payment just in case..so they said cc closed my account I them they were wrong for doing that I didn't stop making payments..😞😞I told use cc for emergency's....they I can try apply for another card....they said they understand what I was saying but but they still closed it...I also sent coupon to electric Co..n IRS a pass tax bill....praying 4 favor...bc at least I did try...it seems like that cc company is familiar but still closed it.....🙏🙏🤞🤞
Remember that utilities don't offer credit in the form of money. The utility companies don't understand the 1099A form. Look into 11 U.S. Code 366. It talks about using a surety bond as payment. Your Secured Party Creditor process has a bond

Not in Sov Cit land. In Sov Cit a person is a fictional person, made up for legal purposes. So they will say that they are 'living people' in court, representing the person. Problem with that is a non-lawyer cannot represent a person in court. So effectively they have just declared themselves not to be in court. Judges handle that in various ways. They can say that Joe Bloggs is representing Joe Bloggs, or simply declare that Joe Bloggs is not there (which I think would be the technically correct solution) and create an arrest warrant for Joe Bloggs.

Did they at least zero out the account? I assume you went the billing error and private administrative route.

Plus there are more steps then just the one coupon letter. There are 3-4 steps total.

What's the difference between secured party credit or whatever it is, and correcting your status?
When you get your SPC done, your status is corrected in the process.

Ok coach gas company said 1099a for businesses....they did not accept coupon...its already shut off but was hoping....mailed coupon to cc company....they told me it was a returned payment...I told them not on my end BC I still continue to make payments...so they said it was an attempt to discharge bill I say yes BC say it said money order on it I said yes but I still made payment just in case..so they said cc closed my account I them they were wrong for doing that I didn't stop making payments..😞😞I told use cc for emergency's....they I can try apply for another card....they said they understand what I was saying but but they still closed it...I also sent coupon to electric Co..n IRS a pass tax bill....praying 4 favor...bc at least I did try...it seems like that cc company is familiar but still closed it.....🙏🙏🤞🤞

Nope a natural being is a human. A person can be a trust...an organization...a government entity.
Not in Sov Cit land. In Sov Cit a person is a fictional person, made up for legal purposes. So they will say that they are 'living people' in court, representing the person. Problem with that is a non-lawyer cannot represent a person in court. So effectively they have just declared themselves not to be in court. Judges handle that in various ways. They can say that Joe Bloggs is representing Joe Bloggs, or simply declare that Joe Bloggs is not there (which I think would be the technically correct solution) and create an arrest warrant for Joe Bloggs.
