Ooooh, no idea, this is such an old video :D sadly youtube does not show all of my videos even to my Members (makes me go aggrggrgrg), but they are all on the "video" tab on my channel, I even have them organized in playlists :)
Oh my world.!!it turned out really beautiful,I also have the exact type of Singer machine. Thank you for sharing your tips, I always love coming back to your channel to watch and learn how you create interesting tutorials. Be blessed always.... 😘♥️
Jenny, thank you so much - you're so sweet! :) This machine is fantastic - had it for 5+ years, it is everything I need. Happy sewing and will see you soon for something interesting!
wow i like the finish this gives. OMG you have had the baby. i must have missed that. i am working through your video list and must have missed some by forgetting where i was on the list. or half asleep lol lol
I am with you, very hard to read numbers. I think they were 5 or .5 and 1.5, but couldn't see which was which. And a very big difference between .5 and 5.
Would tightening the top thread tension achieve the same result? I dont like messing with the tension on my bobbin case as I'm terrified of getting it back to the right tension.
Hmmm.... Good question, I don't think it would give you the same result, however - why don't you try doing this technique without adjusting the tension and see how it goes?
Carla, great question - when you take it out (you will need to unscrew the metal plaque under which is your bobbin) your bobbin has a little silver screw on the side of it, just turn it just a TINY bit one way or another, to loosen or to tighten, if you don't have your machine manual you might need to give it a try to see which way is which and that should do it :)
@@carlalissa7693 bobbins are like almost everything lefty for loosy. righty for tighty. On some top loading bobbins there is a dab of paint covering the screw, just scratch thru it. You will need a tiny screw driver to turn the screw. But turn it just a tenny tiny bit. Also a good idea to mark or take pic of original position of the screw so can put it back just right.
Toni, every machine is different, so the best would be to look at your sewing machine manual, but mine is adjusted by turning the little screw on the bobbin casing. I do have to take out the actual bobbin casing, and have to unscrew the plate.
Meherio, it was indeed! At first I was so upset that my abric moves and the stitch got off the fabric and then right before I was ready to unpick, I was like: "wait a second, this looks nice!"
Thank you for watching - I hope you enjoy this quick and easy tutorial!
This is such a wonderful idea, how am I only seeing it now ☺️ thank you.

Wonder why she didn't answer you?? Stating those instead would have really helped. Lights don't always display well on cell phones either.
