i got ophelia and narmer but i currently dont use both. i did build ophelia a bit and i still like her design, but i kinda chose narmer just cause i think i heard his r6 is somehow insane lol

Norah relief is irrelevant cause Lian and Sally won't take action most the time, but her S2 pursuit procs individually per ally. She can potentially pursuit 5 times in one aoe so there's some RNG there assuming she doesn't die
Are they counting all action taken (including assists and pursuits)? Or just active actions taken?
That's the part I m curious, in my pov I think is action= turns, unless they taste counterattacks / pursuit are also actions taken

When U obtain a legendary then will instantly trigger and be used
