- 木に囲まれた暮らしと薪ストーブが焚きたくて23年前に田舎へ移住。畑だった高台に家を建てました。夫婦で雑木林のような庭を作り、友人たちと心地よく会話し食事が出来る枕木のテラスも作りました。雑木林の庭を中心に四季の移ろいを紹介します。
I moved to the countryside 23 years ago because I wanted to live surrounded by trees and burn a wood stove. I built a house on a hill that was a field. The couple created a garden like a wooded area, and also created a terrace with sleepers where you can have a pleasant conversation and eat with your friends. Introducing the changes of the four seasons, focusing on the garden of thickets.

ありがとうございます。iPhone12のカメラで初めて動画撮影しました。自分でも、こんなにきれいに撮影できるんだと驚いたほどです。たまたま撮影した日の条件がとても良くラッキーでした。今年の春のシーンも今、撮りためている最中です。桜と新緑の美しさがきれいに撮れていればいいなと思っているところです。

こちらこそよろしくお願い致します。5月は新緑の季節です。田は水がはられもうすぐ田植えが始まります。蛙の声がとてもにぎやかです。1ヵ月後にはこの周辺は緑の絨毯に包まれます。バリも同じような景色になるのでしょうね。

ありがとうございます。今は桜の花も散り、木々の新芽が少しずつ大きくなっている真っ最中です。午後からは西日が逆光となり新緑の緑が光に透けてとてもきれいです。日々新芽の葉が大きくなっている生命力に感動しています。そんな春の庭のシーンを次にアップしますのでぜひご覧ください。

お褒めいただきありがとうございます。私が庭を作る上で影響を受けたのは、先日亡くなられた柳生博さんです。 約30年前に「風景を作る人 柳生博」という本に出逢い、枕木を使い雑木林を生かした庭造りに魅了されました。実際に八ヶ岳倶楽部へ行き1シーズン働くこともしました。そこで見た雑木林のすばらしさ美しさに、またどれほど影響を受けたことか。雑木林は手をかけないようなイメージがあるかもしれませんが、実は手をかけないと荒れやすく鬱蒼とした雰囲気に変わっていきます。この庭も最初は木や植物を植えすぎてしまいずいぶん移植や減らしたものです。今気をつけているのは大きくしすぎないことや、出来るだけ自然樹形を保てるような剪定を心がけています。心地よさを保つには人の高さには枝や葉がない方がいいと思っています。足下はすっきりさせ見晴らしがよいと、とてもすっきりとした心安らぐ庭のように感じます。
