You say don't fear Lord Xander, but you should and all the fear is justified. Grixis can get Anger into the grave faster than the devil can sin, thus giving Xander haste, he just needs to attack to mill half a deck not deal combat damage, and with blue in the deck counter spells are a thing that can make sure Xander hits the field and stays there long enough to attack.
Uhh i think Youre giving him too much credit yeah hes pretty darn good, but there's enough removal and rule of law stuff to deal with threats these days. Do i think that hes worthy to be a threat yeah. Is he super game winning hm not exactly but still pretty good. I think hes good enough to make the table bully you and then you die.
@@YoDatsLegit 1, blue has cards that say your spells can't be countered and has an equipmentthat gives equiped creature hexproof, either paying 1 to equip or 2 blue to attach it at instant speed. 2, not everyone wants to run a rule of law type effect as it limits them too.

yeah i'm just thinking of lord xander in the 99 of my old kenrith 5c reanimator deck and how deadly/cancer it would be for my opponents, reanimate lord xander give it haste, sac it , reanimate again. just too much bs u can pull off XD
@@poilu146 yes and no, all the abilities still only targets one player, and in a 4players game someone is bound to have an answer... unless people for whatever reason refuse to run graveyard-hate, then they deserve to lose ;)

Unlicensed hearse is crazy because in my vehicle deck i can untap it 2 to 3 times easily so on its first turn in it can be an easy 2 costs 6/6 or 8/8

If i remember correctly, equipment is atttached at sorcery speed?. Unless there's cards that say it can be instant.

Milling half the deck is really an upside for your opponent. Most decks have graveyard synergies
actually with black on Lord Xander its easy to just reccur him from your graveyard also with blue you can make a copy of him 🤣🤣🤣
