Kenya police 👮, shame on you ! Takataka! Same story happened in Ruiru the other day bringing goons to evict people from their land illegally. Listening to this family side of story they bought n own the land in question using the due process halafu police get paid to bring about the goons to evict them. Is my sincere hope that this family gets protection n justice they deserve
Some cases in Kenya are not cases , they are only a case of “ do you know anybody “ those who are destroying the properties should be arrested as terrorists and jailed .

It is the power & authority of ELC court to order the investigating authority to undertake substantive & comprehensive inquiry on the land in dispute. Quickly, you better hire an Advocate to institute legal proceedings against your correspondents. Please do not blame the NPS or the government, because it is your constitutional & undeniable rights to petition the Kenyan justice systems, viz, to plead hearing for justice. All the best.

Children were not legal requirements in the execution of sale-purchase agreement. The only legal rights children had was to register a caveat on the land before sale.
