    Just dont forget, theres nothing wrong with therapy. Therapy is there to show your flaws from a third party and they offer support to get you on the right track to heal but dont forget, its up to YOU to take that first step. And the first few steps are some of the HARDEST.
    Depression WILL hit, that will be promised. But you need to find the strength to keep moving forward. Believe in your strengths, get up and know the world keeps going so you have to too. And dont worry, its ok NOT to be ok. If you need to cry, weep. If you need to yell, scream. If you need to sit, rest. But once its over, dont get too comfortable in it. Once it leaves, you get up, wipe your eyes, take a deep breath and move forward.
    You can say "Dont worry, I got this!" But its difficult to believe in it. Actions speak louder than words so keep going, you got this. Ill be here to watch your transformation. I believe in you.
