Hi Robert, often they don’t go to plan for me either. It’s more likely to go to plan when you don’t need the tractor for another 2 months. Thanks from Geoffrey
Hi Row, yes the wheel can be hard to get off sometimes. An old farmer showed me a good trick to help. He grabbed a log, it took 2 of us to lift it, then we swung the end up against the inside of the rim. It only took a couple of swings to get it to break free. Is your 9G going again now? Thanks from Geoffrey
9g is back in the shed getting the clutch/trust bearing done. Pressure plate was full of dust and wasn’t releasing the fingers properly. Pilot bearing was about buggered too. It’s a early model, And not much experience with old gear but working it out. Cheers Rowan
Hi Dave, yes it was easer than I expected too. I had a go a couple of years ago and didn’t have time to make a puller. I guess the penetrating oil has now soaked in. It was much easer than I was expecting. Thanks from Geoffrey
The video is excelent but the SEO(Search Engine Optimization) section of the video and the channel is very weak. And there for there is no exceptble subscribers and the viewers. As a SEO expert I strongly suggest you to SEO of the video because of weakness and low quality of description and tag section and many other optimization. By this way you can get many subscribers, viewers on youtube. The youtube algorithem works with the SEO.

Hi, I a:glad you enjoyed it.
Thanks from Geoffrey
Not often a job goes to plan. At least not for me. Well done Geoff

I had to make a puller to get the tyre and rim off the hub on my 9g. Brought it with a tooth missing on the bull gear. I learnt a lot in there

Well all that came apart a lot easier than I expected. I thought we were in for two or three videos on dismantling the brakes.

That would have been a hot job on a 44 °C day with mask on as well. And baby galahs screeching in the background.
Hi, yes it has been stinking hot here. The galahs do make a lot of noise.
Thanks from Geoffrey
I’m just thinking how hard it must be to unhook and rehook those springs behind the wheel hub.
Hi, yes they really didn’t leave much room in there. Getting them back on was a challenge.
Thanks from Geoffrey
