দেশের মোট আমানতের মাত্র ২১% বিমার মাধ্যমে সুরক্ষিত। এই সুরক্ষা দেওয়া হয়েছে ব্যাংক আমানত বিমা আইনে। এই আইন অনুসারে, কোনো ব্যাংক অবসায়িত হলে যাদের আমানত ১ লাখ টাকার মধ্যে তারা তা ফেরত পারেন। তবে আইনটি সংশোধন হলে এই সীমা হবে দুই লাখ টাকা। এ বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত জানতে আমাদের বিশ্লেষণটি পুরো দেখার আমন্ত্রণ।
