As I know sound with non sound bank merger was implemented very successfully in Japan, next South Korea but followed by Japanese merger policy.
So Bangladesh bank should be checking Japanese merger policy for successful of Bangladesh’s bank merger.
We are seeing list of Green. Yellows and Red line of banks but not found name of ICBIB.
