TAS (Tool Assited Speedrun) as its name states, it's a speedrun, but it was done with the help of some tools to either achieve faster times than on a normal one or to showcase certain things that would otherwise be impossible to do on normal gameplay. Frame advance and savestates are good examples of tools.
