STREET VIEW: Die Burg Hohenzollern bei Hechingen in GERMANY

- Die Burg Hohenzollern liegt in der Nähe von Hechingen im Zollernalbkreis. Es gibt mehrere Parkplätze auf unterschiedlicher Höhe, aber alle führen über Wanderwege zur Burg Hohenzollern. Ich habe den obersten Parkplatz gewählt und hierfür 2 Euro bezahlt. Die anderen Parkplätze sind zumindest im Winter kostenlos. Der Eintritt in die Burg kostet 7 Euro. Kontrolliert wurde an diesem Tag im Außenbereich jedoch nicht. Die Besucher kamen an diesem Tag aus aller Welt.

Beautiful Castle! Sehr Gut! I like that winding road. Super! Really like the tunnel at 3:10, looks like a dungeon. Thank you, this Schloss is very impressive friend. :) I like the statues at 5:15. At 11:31 I like the statues side by side. Beautiful views the castle had a great high ground, which allowed them to see many miles/km for intruders. Like the Opel and Renault cars, :) Like the tree and small tower or lookout tower at 16:26. Great view at 16:44. Thank you. :))
+Martin Paryz Thank you. It is a long way to walk up this mountain. The parking lot is downhill. But I was the first time at this castle. The weather was first quite good but then quite windy and cold with clouds.
8:32 This is the most romantic place of the castle. Unfortunately, you did not show it as close up as all the other places.

Was für ein beeindruckender und ehrfurchtserregender Rundgang von dieser schönen Burg unseres Prinz Georg Friedrich von Preußen! Am 10. Juni hat er Geburtstag und ich wünsche so sehr, dass er als Souverän unseres Landes die Verantwortung und die Erwartung zum Erwecken des Kaiserreiches mit seiner heute gültigen Verfassung erfüllt. Die Menschen sollen erwachen und frei werden!

Diese Auffahrt erinnert mich an einen Horrorfilm wo oben auf der Burg eine Nervenklinik war und der eine Patient beim verlassen der Burg zwischen den Zinnen einen Geist sieht. Ich hätte nicht gedacht das es die Burg tatsächlich gibt. Die Auffahrt ist echt ein Unikat. Der Besitzer muss echt Angst gehabt haben vor Eroberung. Mit so vielen separaten Toren und Zugbrücken.
So muss eine Burg aber auch sein. Viele barrikaden und todeszonen für einfallende gegner.
Dies ist keine "echte" Burg. Die echte wahr verfallen und die Besitzer wollten was neues dort. Wie Neuschwanstein ist diese Burg ein Nachbau im Stil der Empfindungen zum Zeitpunkt des Aufbaus. Diese Burg ist aber nicht so übertrieben wie Neuschwanstein, deshalb wirkt sie auch realer. Für die Kriegsführung war das Ding jedenfalls nie gedacht - die Zeit für Burgen dieser Art war schon vorbei als diese Burg entstand. Das einzige historische Stück aus der alten Burg ist eine Kirche. Dort gibt es eine katholische, eine evangelische und eine nachträglich eingebaute russisch orthodoxe Kirche.
Ist ein schönes Stück Bauwerk aber eben keine historische Burg.

That's good. Yesterday I tried for the first time a German "Wursthaus und Biergarten" in a nearby city, eating "turbo-kraut" and Jagerschnitzel. Wunderbar!!!!

Why didn't we build such things in North America? Look at the stone streets in the tunnels! How wonderfully are they maintained! (It reminds me of some of the old streets in Kentucky which were paved with smooth brick. A few of them still remain; most have been paved over with asphalt since brick streets are very very expensive to maintain now.) Yes and is not very old this castle of the Hohenzollern. It was constructed at the end of the 19th century for the German Kings. Thank you for watching it.
