My boss used to store construction tools in a locker at one of these. He'd pay the last month's rent in advance, and the week before the lease was up, he'd take out all the tools and paint, then load in the junk. We'd get empty boxes used to hold TV's, computers, playstations, and other expensive items, then fill them with construction debris and stuff them in the storage locker. That way, he didn't have to pay for waste disposal. If anyone had broken tools that weren't salvageable, all the better. Sometimes the owner of the facility would pay us to do it, because having all those boxes in the locker would drive up the bids.

I’m also the driver but a lot of times if I am near an option and I got an empty truck and if the room goes for less than 500 she lets me buy it. Oh my God the worst one that I have ever seen on my own. It was a 10x30 Filled with nothing but use mattresses, and I walked the other way
